Our tour guide was very friendly and accommodating. He escorted us around from activity to activity in his air conditioned car which was very comfortable in the Roatan heat. Zip line adventure was tons of fun. Animal encounters were are one of the highlights of our day at Roatan. The sloths worth the price of it all. Snorkeling was enjoyable. Horseback riding was a nice addition, but we were under the impression we would spend some time riding on the beach. We basically rode the horses on gravelly residential roads near the shoreline, with not much in the way of beach riding. The one area of the beach where we stopped for pictures wasn't very scenic, as there was tons of garbage washed up right behind our picture spot. The horseback guides were great, it was just the scenery that wasn't ideal. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to people who are physically active and want to make the most of their time on the island of Roatan.

Wow!!!! This excursion was the best one we have ever taken! And we take a lot!! It was all amazing!! Tracy was our tour guide and he was wonderful- he stayed with us the entire time- the zip lining was soo fun! The kids said it was their favorite part. We did the sloths and monkeys and they also had so many other animals there too! The horse riding was so fun and so was the snorkeling! I would do this again for sure!!

Loved the zip lining, and animals . We mainly booked for the horseback riding and wished it had been longer it was about 45 minutes. A short trip down the road and too the water but overall for the price and all the different things you get to experience in Rotan it was fabulous

Not worth it... it takes a lot of time to drive where the motors are, and you dont see anything special, there is a lot of people with you in the motos so you cant go fast... you loose a lot of time in commuting to that place... dont go! Beaches and city super dirty.. And i promise im kind of an outdoor girl and my kids too. It was sad also to see the "jungle animals" not free... they are in cages... so it is not that you are walking in yhe jungle and see them free...

We started out the day by easily finding our tour guide and walking to the Sloth area. It was a small zoo like enclosure with many different kinds of animals. We held birds, monkeys and the cutest ever Sloths. Even though there was a good amount of people we never felt rushed or crowded. Next we went to the Ziplines which are close to the Sloth area, so very convenient. We got into an open air truck and went up the road to the top of the mountain. My friend had never Ziplined so she was very nervous. The workers were so reassuring and her fear was gone after the first zipline. It was so much fun and the workers were so friendly and helpful. On to the Horseback riding. We waited maybe 10 minutes at the most for the rest of the people riding to show up and then we were down the road. I enjoyed this very much. Yes the horses are smaller than what I'm used to in Colorado but they were healthy and seemed to enjoy the ride. They were very active and it was in the heat of the day. The views were so pretty and I loved riding in the ocean. Lastly we jumped into a van and went to the beach where our boat and captain were already waiting for us to go snorkling. There were 5 of us but only 4 went into the water, my friend stayed on the boat and she said talking with the captain of the boat was one of the highlights of the trip, he was so friendly. The fish were beautiful and the water was very clear. We were in the water for about 30 minutes. We ended the day by asking the Tour Guide if there were any good lobster restaurants close by the cruise ship. He took us to one and talked to the owner to make sure we had plenty of time to eat and get back to the ship. Then he came back in an hour and drove us to the ship to ensure we made it back in plenty of time. We could have walked but it was nicer to have him drive us and this way he knew we made it back safely. I highly recommend Anderson Tours in Roatan Honduras

We can’t say enough great things about Anderson Tours, Roatan, and our awesome guide, Edgar! I was skeptical about booking a tour outside of the cruise ship, but this one exceeding all of our expectations and was everyone’s favorite day of the entire trip! Everyone was awesome and so friendly. I was most impressed by how great they were with our little ones. My one piece of advice is to bring enough cash to tip everyone because each stop is independent and you will want to tip them well because they do that great of a job! Thank you Edgar for a memorable day!

Directions from the port were spot on, knew exactly where to go! The locals were also super nice and helpful to direct you where you needed to go. We met Shervan Anderson himself, great guy, and he introduced us to our guide for the day Alan which we couldn't be happier with! He was amazing. He made sure we were okay throughout the day/tour, and always made sure we were sticking on schedule. Towards the end we had to cut our snorkel trip short due to the boat before us taking a tad longer (not his doing), but he made sure to reschedule everything among the guys to make sure we got back to port on time. We started our day with the sloths and monkeys, trucked up the mountain to zipline which was SO MUCH FUN!!! Our group split after that point because we booked horse back riding so he dropped us off to go riding, but made sure to reiterate that he would definitely be back, which he was with no time wasted. He then took us to our snorkeling trip. Once again he had to leave us for a second to take the other group back to this ship, but he came right back for us. He was very kind, patient, didn't make us feel rushed, kept track of time, talked to us about the history of the island and everything going on now during our car rides, and always made sure we were doing okay! I would 100% use this company again, and specifically request Alan. I also have to hand it to Shervan. There are so many things going on, with so many employees involved, and everything was organized ran smoothly! I'm super impressed and he's doing a phenomenal job!
