I had a climbing trip with Igor during my visit to Tenerife and cannot recommend him and the company enough. Igor is friendly, knowledgeable, and really helped me improve my climbing. I was with another person on the day along with Igor and as a solo traveller felt really at ease and comfortable, being provided with easy directions.amd updates ahead of the trip. Really enjoyed the day, some great outdoor climbing in an amazing location and I definitely will be back to do more. I will definitely be going back to Adrenaline Adventure to book in more climbing and other events! Many thanks!

We booked a climbing tour for our family, drove across the island to the meeting place and waited over an hour (we were ~20 min early). The guide never showed up. When the company finally responded to us several hours later (only by email), they were totally unapologetic and just said things were busy. Don’t waste your time.

My girlfriend and I had a great morning with Igor! Such a friendly guy with lots of valuable tips for improving our climbing, despite us both already having some experience. We were taken to a beautiful permit only canyon, which we had entirely to ourselves for the whole time. Igor was sharing lots of fascinating knowledge about the local plants and history along the short approach to the crag. As a keen boulderer with lots of upper body strength I was confronted in the best way possible with my weakness of slab climbing and gained exactly what I needed: some great experience and tips for improving my footwork on the Basalt routes which started slabby into some vert and slight overhang on some of the routes. Igor was great at assessing our level, catering the experience just to us and offering help when needed. Plus he's such a lovely guy! Highly recommended if you want to get some climbing experience in Tenerife, our only wish was that we could have continued climbing all day!!!

Would highly recommend climbing with Igor! Started sportclimbing in April and never climbed outdoors before today. Igor helped me translate the indoor move to apply them to the grit. He adressed my weakpoints and we work on them throughout the session. I hope to visit tenerife again in the near future so I can go climb some more routes with Igor. Absolutely loved the experience overall!

My girlfriend and I went on a 4h climbing trip with Igor. This was our first time Sport climbing in natural space, we only had some experience in Bouldering. All in all, the trip was just amazing! We were picked up at the Siam Mall and went into the mountains of Adeje. We climbed three routes with varying slopes and technicalities. During the whole trip, Igor was extremely kind, supportive and helped us with our climbing technique. Most importantly, we felt completely safe during the climbs. My girlfriend is afraid of heights and still managed to top one of the routes, which was far more than we could‘ve hoped for. The cherry on top was the beautiful mountain scenery during the approach. We would definitely encourage everyone to try it out, it was truly an unforgettable experience!

My daughter and I spent 4 hours of climbing with Igor. We had a great experience in the canyons. Igor picked us up at Siam Mall as agreed. He is very professional and kind, and a good climber. The equipment vas good and he gave many relevant and good advices for climbing tecniqe. The nature was butiful. And off course, safety was number one priority. We highly recomand Igor and Adrenalin adventure. Thank you Igor. Geir from Norway.

Had an excellent time climbing in Tenerife. Was my first time climbing with a rope but Igor was an excellent instructor and helped me get the most out of my climbing. Highly recommend.

Great experience for whole family. I've been with my kids (16 and 12), all of us really enyojed an event. Despite the beautiful canyon we've been to, the climbing/rapelling itself was a fantastic excercise. Igor was a superb guide to unlock new climbing skills. Really recommended!
