Start with a pickup from your Rome hotel, and hop on the back of your Vespa scooter, behind your private guide. After a short safety briefing, you’ll set off to explore the colorful cobblestone streets of Rome.
Your first stop is Piazza Venezia, home to the Vittoriano monument, the imposing white structure that dominates the cityscape of Rome. Hop off to learn about the landmark and hear recent stories about the struggles of Italians for their freedom.
Head onward to the Imperial Forum to learn about the Roman Empire from its glory days to its decline. As you circle the streets of Ancient Rome, you’ll come face-to-face with the Colosseum. Jump off for a few more photos, and listen to your guide’s commentary to separate the Hollywood stories from the Colosseum’s historical reality.
Continue to tucked-away treasures such as the Baths of Caracalla, and get to know the Ancient Appian Way. Stop to refuel with an espresso or gelato in the food-lovers district of Testaccio, and climb the green boulevard known as Aventine Hill. Admire sweeping panoramas from the orangery, before you look through the secret keyhole of Rome for a unique sight of St. Peter’s Basilica.
As you wind your way back down the hill, check out Circus Maximus and the ruins of Caesar’s Palace in the distance. Once back in town, it’s time to finish up with a drop-off at your Rome hotel.

This tour was perfect start to finish. Our guides were kind, knowledgeable & very accommodating!! We needed to change our pick-up location just 2 hours before our tour & it was handled no problem. Marco was very knowledgeable & informative about Roman history & shared in the nicest way. Also talked about Italy & its historic growth. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Valerio was awesome! What a way to spend an afternoon zipping around, pillion passenger. Definitely the way yo see Rome, like an Italian! Was great fun, a bit scarey at times, but well worth it. Just do it! :)

Marco was the ideal tour guide. He made me feel comfortable & safe for my first Vespa ride. He had vast knowledge of Rome: ancient history to modern-day. The tour was a delight, and the coffee stop was a nice surprise. He genuinely wanted me to enjoy every moment.

What fun! I kept getting cancelled for the fountain tour. I think they were only interested in groups. I’m alone. So, taking this scooter tour I could see the fountains and other things I wanted to see since I wasn’t with a group.

By far and away, the feature that made this an exceptionably experience was the warm hospitality and knowledge of our guides, Riccardo and Andy. They were both genuinely committed to ensuring we had an exceptional experience and individually tailored the time to make sure we visited the sites that would be most meaningful for us. I was repeatedly blown away by the depth of the command of history Riccardo had not only of Rome but of many other topics and subjects. He selected the perfect small, family owned pastry shop for a delightful assortment of pastries and cappuccino.

Simone is a very nice guider and driver. The ride is very safe and he will keep explain to me where we are going ,where are we and the some story about the street and Rome.
He really good at taking photo, thanks for him I have some very nice Vespa photo to share with my friends and IG.
2 hours trip is passed very fast with this lovely and wonderful ride.
Highly recommend if you are solo travel or short period visit Rome good to join the trip to see different side of Rome.
