Your pasta-making class takes place in a charming cooking school in Rome's most beloved neighborhood with a modern kitchen and charming dining area reserved just for your small group. Begin with a prosecco and aperitivo as you greet your fellow travelers and cook. This is a small group experience with no more than 14 participants. Your local chef will begin to act as a tutor and give you the fundamentals of creating incredible fettuccine and ravioli pasta from scratch with two traditional sauces (white and red). They will offer their tried-and-true tips passed down from generations of Italian families. As the pasta dries and settles, the chef will prepare your dessert: Italy's beloved gelato. Finally, enjoy your pasta with a perfectly paired wine before digging into the homemade gelato to finish things off. At the end of the 3 hours, you can choose to stay in the space with your new friends or venture out to explore the nearby streets that make up lovely Trastevere.

This tour was a lot of fun! Luca and Giulia did an amazing job teaching us how to make our pastas and sauces. Would definitely recommend this tour when you are in Rome.

Not only was this very instructional Baby
but the chefs were very entertaining - they gave group and individual instruction as needed- through the process they made complete strangers comfortable to break bread together! “Our” culinary creations tasted terrific! A very delightful experience!!

This was such a great experience! I only wished I had done this at the beginning of my trip to Rome and not the last day! Fernando provided a great list of places to eat, places to shop, places to visit. Fernando was fantastic, I learned so much and the food at the end was fantastic. If you are hesitating doing this, don’t, you will not be disappointed.

Our family of 4 had the best time learning to make pasta together! The entire experience was festive and informative and there is no better way to learn than by doing! This was a wonderful addition to our visit to Rome!

During my travels, I always try to attend cooking lessons and food experiences. This particular one was fantastic! Manuela, our instructor, was incredibly patient and meticulous throughout the process, ensuring we understood every step. It made a world of difference – the results were phenomenal!
We made two main courses: tagliatelle with a vibrant, fresh tomato sauce and tortelli bursting with flavor in a simple butter and sage sauce. Needless to say, both were delectable and perfectly "al dente".
To top it all off, we even made our own white melon gelato – a refreshing and unexpected treat! This experience was unforgettable, and I would absolutely do it again.

What an experience! We learnt two pastas and it was super informative. They also showed us how to make the sauce and also gave us lots of tips and tricks. It was super fun and I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Italian cooking experience.
We also were given coffee, prosecco and snacks, and had the pastas with wine at the end - delicious!
