At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival
in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

Vendor knew our flight was early and texted us to say driver was on his way. ETA was 10-15 minutes. I responded with our location. About 15 minutes later our driver arrived with our name on a sign. No issues.

Our driver Edward was very professional, friendly and informative. He tried to answer the best he could all my questions I asked. He didn’t leave us until we were accommodated in our hotel. He was/ is a good company representation. To add also, the van he was driving was clean and smelled so good.

Eduardo was waiting for us upon arrival with my name on a big placard, which was SO NICE that we didn't have to wonder where our driver was. He was super friendly and full of good information and advice. We relaxed for the 50 minute drive into Rome, knowing we were in good, capable hands. Thank you, Eduardo, for a stress-free transfer for two tired humans after an all-night flight. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
