We had a great time with Fat Tire Tours in Rome on the Segway tour! What a fun way to see the sights of Rome! Plus you get to ride a Segway which are so much fun! They were very knowledgeable and made sure we were safe! Would definitely recommend them!

Matt's Segway tour through Rome's oldest quarter was an absolute delight. From the Colosseum to the Pantheon, Matt expertly guided us through the city's iconic sites with informative yet light-hearted commentary. His attention to detail and care for his guests made for a memorable experience. I highly recommend joining Matt for an enriching adventure through Rome's ancient wonders.

We had a 9:30 am Segway tour with Marica and were overjoyed to find only two of us on the tour. The weather was perfect and while Rome is getting quite busy this second week in May, Marica confidently guided us thru crowded piazzas and across busy roads with no issues. We also traversed quiet laneways past beautiful rose gardens and a sojourn in an orange grove overlooking Rome.
We started the tour with a little practice to ensure we were comfortable and competent. The route took in the Coliseum, Circus Maximus, Roman Forum, Capitoline, Palatine & Aventine hills, with stops for taking photos and seeing sites along the way. We wore an earphone so we could hear Marica telling us about the history of Rome and details of sites along the way. An unexpected bonus was virtual reality views of some of the sites - Coloseum, Circus Maximus and Roman Forum through a viewer. This enabled us to see in 3D recreated vision of what the sites would have looked like in ancient times. It was very enlightening. Marica was an excellent guide. We recommend the company Fat Tire Tours, the Segway tour content and Marica herself for an exceptional experience in Rome. It was fantastic.

Wow!! What a fun amazing experience, my teen loved it as did I. Our guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable, made plenty of time for questions. Great audio set up and could hear everything clearly despite the busy streets of Rome. We saw all the big sites and had plenty of time for photos. I have mobility challenges and this was a great way to see Rome. We could not recommend highly enough.

Fantastic way to see Rome. Took about 10 minutes to get familiar with the Segway and then we were off. Excellent tour guide, made us very relaxed and really interesting and informative. Highly recommend

I have been to Rome before and wanted a different experience. The Segway tour was amazing with Elena! We visited some sites that gave us fantastic views and while new, she was very knowledgable and very thoughtful and attentive about making sure we could manoeuvre the Segway … totally recommend!
