This day trip to Florence was great. Although it was a bit pricey and did not include a visit to see Michelangelo’s David, I’m glad I went.

We were a group of 9. 5 adults and 4 kids which was specified in our reservation. When we got to the meeting place the first guide gave me the tickets he didn’t check and there were only 7 tickets!!! Not to mention they were all scattered so we had to sit with our kids on our lap. We were looking for seats all over the train. Then on the return I tried to correct the situation at the train station ticket booth the guide didn’t help he went to the train and left us we almost missed the train! I will not book this again and I want a refund for the missing two tickets!!!

Disorganized and a lot of unnecessary waiting around. The tour guide in Florence was fantastic and more than half the locations mentioned in the description of the tour were not visited. This tour was a huge disappointment compared to the other ones we went on.

My husband and I are staying in Rome (6 nights total) and decided we wanted to incorporate some day trips. I found this one and I am SO glad we went to this absolutely stunning city, Firenze! Our guides were fantastic, organized, efficient and knowledgeable. We got a tour of the Ufizzi Galery which was really great, and a couple of other quick outdoor stops and sights. I LOVED that we then got a few hours on our own to explore, eat, and shop. Highly recommend if you want to visit a beautiful place with a mix of guided tour + solo time.

Seeing Florence was on our bucket list when visiting Italy. The guide who met us at the beginning was wonderful but that’s where the highlight of the trip ends. Once we arrived in Florence, we were to be met by a local tour guide to take us around the city and through the Ugizzi Museum. Our guide did not show so they got another local person (Jovanni). We got 30 minutes in the city with him and were rushed out of the museum in leas than an hour. Our trip included entry into and tour of the Basilica Santa Maria Novella but we did not get this. Even though it was clearly included the trip details, we were not accommodated. Very disappointing experience with no resolution. I would avoid this tour company.

Not really worth the cost. Spent too much time waiting. Guided tour was only one museum ( the tour guide was excellent). Would have liked at least one more guided tour. It was a long day for only one tour. Picked up from hotel at 6:45 and returned to train station about 7:45.

Transport strike made us reach late since it took us over an hour walking to the location (usually only 8 minutes by cab) was the only option available to us.
