You canceled my van without notifying me! This is unacceptable. Your trip plan did not state the operator was VIP. It was very difficult to get through to get a van dispatched. It is clear your company has no value for customer service.

You made it easy. Only thing was you had us going to the Marriott. We’re at the Aulani. Driver took us there. Driver and greeter were excellent.
