Cruise Express Return Shuttle Service
This shuttle service is the easiest and most cost-effective way to get, from your cruise ship, into the historic center of Bruges. By disembarking your cruise ship at Zeebrugge you will see Free Port Shuttles. Just take this shuttle and relax, the bus driver will take you to the cruise terminal. When you come out of the cruise terminal, just turn left and you will see an apartment block on the corner located on the other side of the road. (30 meter from the cruise terminal exit) Our headquarter shop is located on the bottom floor of this apartment block. (A/C available)
Operating hours in the morning: 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM (NOON!)
Operating hours in the afternoon: there are 7 moments back from Bruges to Zeebrugge - times are adjusted to the departure time of your cruise ship.

It was raining hard on this day and we were dropped 1 mile from Bruge centre. We were drenched and gave up after about 20 minutes walk, not having reached the centre, and returned to the ship. We were not told we would be dropped off so far from the city centre

Tour bus picked up at scheduled time and was there when it was time to return to the ship. No waiting which is a treat!! Great city to roam on your own!! Super Fun

The bus was well organised and our cruise shuttle dropped us off right outside the pick up point, I was a bit disappointed with the drop off point as 1 of my daughters has poor mobility so we had to have an Uber for 6 of us into the centre of Bruges and back as it’s a 20 minute walk so it cost me another 40 euros for a 6 seater taxi into the marketplace and back to the pick up point in Bruges.

The trip into Brugge was fine, however, the return trip was awful. The bus driver just dropped us off and not from where we commenced our trip. We had to walk even further to get to the next shuttle. My spouse uses a walker and she didn't help getting him off the bus by lowering the bottom step. 😩

Bus had problems on return. Couldn’t do 30 miles an hour because of some problem, in the undercarriage also, on the way back, the driver had to stop and change the wiper blades

Shuttle service was fine. I looked for via tour signage, but it wasn’t under Viator so that made it a bit confusing to find. After we were checked in all was good.

This is such an easy way to get to Bruges. You just walk out of the port and the company is right there for you to check in… Cruise Express.
You have plenty of time to see the city and you have so many times to return back to your ship. I would use them again.
