Cruise Express Return Shuttle Service
This shuttle service is the easiest and most cost-effective way to get, from your cruise ship, into the historic center of Bruges. By disembarking your cruise ship at Zeebrugge you will see Free Port Shuttles. Just take this shuttle and relax, the bus driver will take you to the cruise terminal. When you come out of the cruise terminal, just turn left and you will see an apartment block on the corner located on the other side of the road. (30 meter from the cruise terminal exit) Our headquarter shop is located on the bottom floor of this apartment block. (A/C available)

Operating hours in the afternoon: there are 7 moments back from Bruges to Zeebrugge - times are adjusted to the departure time of your cruise ship.

Check in point directly outside the cruise terminal in Zebrugge. Staff and driver very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend.

I only required parking at the hotel for one night while staying elsewhere due to circumstances, I contacted the hotel via their reservation email address and was initially told parking was for residents only, I replied and thanked them, short time later I received another email from a lady called Annmary who said that on this occasion they were prepared to offer me just parking, I thanked her and arrived at the hotel on the said date, I was greeted at reception by a man and young lady, simple process and checked my car in easily, I felt obliged to return the next day and we booked the breakfast buffet, food was excellent but what screamed out was staff were so polite and helpful, next time I go from Birmingham airport I would book with this hotel with out any hesitation, thank you Annmary and the rest of the staff, best wishes Chris Williams

There are historical buildings around the area and the market center is easy to locate. A lot of interesting shops.

When we disembarked from our cruise we sought a way to get into Brugge. City Express had a display area so headed over. They sold their trip to us by sating the cruise companies shuttle will take you to the station but they take you into town. That sounded good. Im usually in a wheelchair user but wanted to use my stick on this occasion. I cant walk fast or far. We paid our money and were directed to a nice 2 story coach. BUT we had to walk around the corner. The driver stoped outside the centre of town and no one got up. The drive. called for us to exit and most people were concerned because they couldn't see the centre. The driver just said straight ahead over bridge. He didn't want to hear our complaints or our questions. He walked back to the bus and drove away.
Another passenger googled it and we followed her into town.
We confronted one of the men back at the stop and he said they never said the centre. The coaches aren't allowed in the centre. Maybe they aren't but we didn't know that and trusted their words.
