Poorly coordinated service. The pick-up took place an hour after sheduled time. Nobody warned that would be any delay. On the contrary, communication with the operator was interrupted. The journey took 6-7 hours along a beautiful serpentine road with some 3 stops along the way. After that, you need to walk upwards of 10km in high humidity and heat. It is extremely important not to do this with a big and heavy backpack as otherwise it will be difficult. If you are not a completely sedentary vegetable - you will succeed. I did it with a 20kg backpack and I'm 130kg. On the way back I had planned to take the train. I informed about that the tour operator through whatsapp. Despite this, on the next day I got a message that a bus was waiting for me at a cafe near Santa Teresa to go to Cuzco. I replied that I would not go back with them. For a moment they stoped bothering me. But the very next day the same scenario repeated. I had informed the company several times that I was not going to take the bus back. A complete vacuum of coordination…

Very good organization, Astrid planned the hole trip very shortly and it was an experience of a life time! you should really go there and this travel agency is very good, i recommend it !

Astrid has organized our trip from Cusco to Aguas Calientes by bus with the hostel. All was be very nice without problem, and it's very good to have nothing to do, just enjoy thé trip ! A very good moment and a nice team

Je recommande vivement cette agence. Les employés sont à notre écoute pour nous proposer le meilleur trip adapté à nos envies. Ils sont transparents sur les prix ce qui est rare dans les agences à Cusco où tu as souvent l’impression d'être arnaqué parce que tu es une touriste. J’ai été très satisfaite de leur service ! Leurs locaux sont aussi très agréables, on se sent accueillis !
