Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-ticket or e-mail can then be presented to our shuttle driver. This is a round-trip service between Waikiki and Pearl Harbor. Enjoy Pearl Harbor at your own pace with shuttles running from 6:30 AM until 4:30 PM. The ferry-ride to the USS Arizona is optional and no tickets are required! 120 people can fit on the boat that leaves every 15 minutes starting from 8:00am.

This company didn't pick us pick from our pre arranged stop at Pearl Harbor we waited for over an hour and called them but they never showed up I emailed them the next day and they said it was our fault we missed them once again I emailed explaining we were on time waiting at the drivers per arranged spot but they never got back.
Very poor service 😢

Your description stated the shuttle excursion would be 4 hours. We were picked up at 6:30 a.m. as promised. When we arrived at Pearl Harbor, the driver told us we would not be picked up until 12:45 p.m., there was no shuttle available before then. That extra time delay really put a kink in our plans for the rest our day. We were very disappointed that the excursion time wasn't honored by the the shuttle company Viator employed to take us to Pearl Harbor.

I arived a little earlier than my lick up time. The transportation company accommodated me, and got me to the venue earlier. He was kind and professional.

Very very nice drivers both ways! I left my phone on the return trip and the driver waited for me to discover the phone was missing and then promptly brought it back to the hotel! Awesome experience!

It’s a good price and a fast shuttle from Waikiki to Pearl Harbor. Good option if you’ve already got tickets and don’t want to go with a large tour. Your company is responsive by phone.
