Rovaniemi: Winter Clothing Rental with Snow Boots and Gloves

I wanted to secure some ski pants for my holiday and found this package on Viator. I booked the package two weeks in advance and immediately asked if it would be okay with the operator if instead of them renting us a whole ski suit, they would rent us 2 pairs of ski pants for the same price. I was very clear to avoid any misunderstanding. They said "Yes you can, you can check the items on the spot with our staff then". Great! I went to the location the day before to ensure that everything was in order and the very stiff and unpleasant woman told us they would never do something like that, despite me having clear communication that they were okay with the arrangement from them. She refused and said she had no idea who I was speaking with and that they would not honor what they said they would. I asked for a refund and she told me that they would refund it, but it would have to be through Viator as there had been a simple 'miscommunication". Fine, I thought. I placed the claim on Viator only to have them reject my refund request, despite knowing that I wanted a refund and cancelling the order the day before and receiving confirmation that they would refund me verbally in the store. Anyway, they just wanted to rob me $40. Another poor and deceptive business that takes advantage of tourists knowing that they will never see us again.

The rental was absolutely perfect for what I needed! I was able to get the jacket, gloves, and boots - the pants, unfortunately, didn't fit me - and they were super comfortable and kept me warm in the weather. The boots especially were godsend. And for the price, it was super affordable and convenient. The location of the rental drop-off and pick-up is right in the city center, so very convenient, especially if you're staying nearby or take the airport bus into the city. The staff at the store were also super kind and flexible - especially when the clothes didn't fit, they tried their best to find a matching size alternative. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's visiting Rovaniemi in the winter-time.

Pour 80€ la semaine nous n'avons pas hésité à louer des vêtements adaptés (blouson, pantalons, gants, bottes) sans ne jamais avoir eu froid. Je recommande à 100%

Precisi, veloci, gentili. Abbigliamento perfetto. Lo abbiamo indossato a marzo con una minima di -10/-5 notturna e 0/-2.5 di giorno, in abbinamento ai nostri baselayer misto merino/polipropilene e medium layer di pile 200 gr. Consiglio

La giacca aveva dentro un fazzoletto sporco, per fortuna notato (ma toccato) ancora dentro allo shop. Una volta in albergo abbiamo notato che anche un paio di pantaloni era leggermente sporco. Alla nostra restituzione ci hanno obbligato a pagare 15 euro per il lavaggio dei vestiti, durante la prenotazione non era specificata questa cosa. Inoltre il personale non è stato per nulla gentile

Servizio comodissimo, abbigliamento ottimo, in particolare moffole, pantaloni e scarpe super adatti al clima locale

Location de vêtements grand pour la semaine de janvier. Décevant, manque de sérieux dans la préparation avec des vêtements usagés et pas toujours propre. Manque de suivi, dommage !!!!
