This is a typical itinerary for this product
Stop At: Basilica de la Sagrada Familia, Carrer de Mallorca, 401, 08013 Barcelona Spain
Start the tour from the corner of the Street Marina with Street Mallorca. Your guide will pick you up from this point and walk you to the Basilica and learn about the history and significance of Sagrada Familia by the hand of your local guide. Also, if you have selected the option of access to the Tower, you will have the opportunity to enjoy these wonderful views.

As it is a Catholic church, discreet clothing is mandatory, access may be restricted if the clothing does not meet the requirements.
Stroller accessible
For safety reasons, children younger than 6 cannot go up the towers and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Near public transportation
For safety reasons, people with reduced mobility and those whose ability to move around or interact with their surroundings autonomously and safely is limited by any sort of visual impairment may not visit the towers.
Infants must sit on laps
Please note that to go up the tower you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs.
Infant seats available
The lifts in the towers will be closed in adverse weather conditions including strong winds and/or rain.

Our tour guide Rosa was excellent! She was easy to find at the meet up point & she was extremely knowledgeable. I learned so much and wouldn’t have enjoyed this as much if I had done it on my own. Highly recommend!!

The guide was excellent, but the directions to the "meet-up" were very confusing. We followed the directions to 22 Mallorca based on Viator's GPS map. The map indicated "you have arrived," but there was no pink sign or IBE TOURS sign - UNTIL 10 minutes before the appointed time. We started looking beyond the address and saw the "pink #2" sign. We never saw IBE. It was very frustrating particularly in the mass of humanity at the basilica. Perhaps you should send a pic of the signs, so people know what to look for.

I got a phone call five minutes before the tour making sure I waited at the right place. That was very appreciated- we were in the wrong place. I liked the headphones- I could hear everything the tour guide said. It was extremely informative and immersive. We understand the history with competence. The passion front tour was great fun!!!

Our guide Rosie was nice but her English was so hard to understand. My whole family of four did this tour no one could really understand what she was saying. So it was a wasting time and money for us.

Excellent way to organize our vacation activities. I love the reminders and mobile tickets are great. Our tour guide, Rosa, was friendly and very informative. She is experienced in rounding up the group during the tour. She was patient and knowledgeable.

We were given the wrong meeting area for our tour by the time we arrived to the correct area the tour had left. We asked tour guide if someone could at least give us the tickets to do a self-guided tour and the answer was, NO. We then contacted Viator for a solution and they were of no help. A refund was not offered and they pretty much said that we were out of luck. My advice would be not to book thru third party, specifically, Viator. The customer service at Viator was 0 stars.

I enjoyed every minute of the tour - Guadalupe was a fantastic guide. The tower access was well worth it. I’d recommend taking extra time after the tour to linger inside to look around.
