Overall we have a great experience, however, the facilities and equipments were let it down, all the helmets are broken and very dirty and smelly.

Dismal. Unroadworthy bikes. The most disorganised setup I have ever seen and I’m pretty widely travelled..Rude unprofessional staff who barely spoke English - stay away.

If I could rate my experience as a 0, I would!!
This experience was extremely disappointing for my family and myself. My father was stuck out in the sand dunes as the chain fell off his quad for what felt like forever. After paying for a 30 minute ride he spent 10-15 minutes being stranded waiting for help which we had to get ourselves as no one was around to assist us. When he was given a second quad, again it was faulty and was returned. When we had explained what happened they were very rude and unhelpful. They had an attitude of “bad luck” and explained that there is nothing they can do. When asked for a refund they said it “wasn’t up to them and they can’t do give us any money back.” So my family spent $80 for less than 20 minutes? How is this fair !!?

I did 30 min hire quad bike at Lancelin, My bike broke down in the dunes, they changed the bike and spent time doing it(almost 10 min) , however they did not considered that and I have to return the bike on time.

They are thieves and robbers from France. Do not pay the AU 250 deposit you will not get it back. They will tell you all sorts of reasons not to give you back the deposit.
If there is anyone who knows which government department deals with these thieves from France robbing tourists please help us alert the authorities. That is a well organised group of thieves.
They asked us to pay AU 70 for a 30 minute Quad bike for our 13 year old. They told us we need to pay a deposit of AU250. When I asked when I will get my deposit they said in 2 weeks to my shock. My son hardly spent 30 minutes riding as the bike chain kept on comeing off or the bike stopped. When we came back we were rudely told that because my 13 year old sone fell on one of the dunes we were no longer going to get our deposit. They threatened us saying they grew us in the streets of France and there is nothing we could do.

Great experience and well worth doing if you are in Lancelin and have a couple of hours. We hired 1 x 2 seater buggy and 1 x Quad. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and provide a safety briefing. Given different levels of customer expertise the staff try to cater for all requirements. Well worth the experience!

One of the most dissapointing things I’ve ever done, wouldn’t go any faster than 20kmh and for $250 is a total waste of time,my daughter could ride faster on her push bike. Very annoyed and wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

Terrible experience. Went up there with kids and half of the bikes didnt work so we spent an hour sitting on the sand at the foot of the first dune. The young French guys who work there are great and doing the best but the equipment - bikes helmets goggles - is in terrible condition. No refund and no offer of a replacement ride. Emailed multiple times about a replacement ride and no response after a couple weeks. Waste of $500.

Booked on their 2 seater buggy x 2 as the 4 seater are not available on weekdays! Great adventures and tours around Lancelin. Staffs are nice and good. Worth it 👍🏻

We booked for 2 online. Easily to find.
The staff is very friendly. Before to go, the guide give a good safety briefing and then led us on an expedition of the dunes. It was a really good experience, I recommend it !
