You must take this tour! If I could give 10 stars I would. Freddy became family to us! Not only do you get an incredible tour of the city, you get a resource of information about the area, and a friend. Freddy let us explore at our pace--all of the questions we asked directed the conversation and the tour itself. Pride Tours executed this process flawlessly--Freddy reached out a few days before our trip to make sure we were all set, and even offered recommendations on accommodations if we didn't have any. Freddy and Pride Tours are doing an incredible job--we will ABSOLUTELY book another tour with them.

This was a very pleasant tour on a beautiful day. Freddy is a great guide, extremely personable, and fun. We had a nice time seeing major points of interest in central area and the surrounding neighborhoods. We did a 3 hour walking tour because we were flying out evening. However, it would have been great if we had more time because Freddy had many more great places to visit.

I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to see a little more of Santiago. Freddy was incredibly accommodating and let us change our meeting time and location (due to a flight delay). I certainly wasn’t expecting him to be that flexible with the schedule. We just sent him a WhatsApp message to let him know we wouldn’t make the tour because of our flight delay and he responded back right away to better understand the situation and offer alternative options for us. If we’re ever back in Santiago, I would book this tour again as there are quite a few options depending on what you want to see. Thanks again Freddy!

Wow! What an awesome day I had with Freddy! I am glad I made the decision to do this walking tour on my first day. I learned so much about Santiago and have incorporated most of what I saw into my weekly itinerary. Freddy was so friendly and easy to talk to. I had a great time, and I highly recommend this tour!

Freddy went above and beyond to make our stay in Santiago memorable and fun. Prior to our arrival, he was extremely professional and responsive to my inquiries, and customized an itinerary that reflected our interests. Since we speak very little Spanish and had never been to South America, we were a little nervous about wandering the city on our own (we were staying in an AirBNB in Las Condes). Freddy made it so easy! On our first night in town, Freddy invited us to meet him for drinks and dinner. The impromptu dinner began with a walking tour of Barrio italia, highlighting a wonderful neighborhood we never would have seen on a tour bus. We became fast friends, and had a great time. Freddy gave us the confidence to explore Santiago on our own the next day. By the time we did our "official" walking tour on Day 3 of our trip, we felt comfortable in the city and knew our way around a little bit. On the day of our "official" walking tour, we met at La Moneda Palace and walked several miles around the historic central city, ending in Bella Vista. Freddy was knowledgeable about the City's history and architecture, and a pleasure to hang out with. We had a great connection and hope to stay in touch in the future. We have already recommended him to half a dozen friends!

Freddy is awesome. I ended up taking this tour on a Sunday afternoon which was a good choice as downtown was quiet. We started at the presidential palace, La Moneda, and worked our way east going through the districts of Providencia, Lastarria, Bellas Artes and Bella Vista. He was easy to talk to, spoke really good english, and had lots of interesting experiences and history to share.

What a wonderful experience! Meeting Freddy was like meeting up with an old friend you hadn’t seen for many years. I’ve always said a lot of people can show you around their city but it takes special people like Freddy to do so with Grace, class and an awesome personality. We walked through so many great neighborhoods as he explained each one enthusiastically and thoroughly. It’s a beautiful city that I may not have discovered this in-depth had I not taken this tour. It gave me my bearings to know where to go the rest of the trip. I cannot recommend this walking tour enough. Freddy is an awesome human being you felt like you knew for a long time upon completion. We walked and saw so much I slept like a baby that night.
