Booked this tour from Hanoi Travel. Customer rep was responsive through from providing schedule. Pick up from Hanoi to Sapa took about 5-6 hours with two stops. Had lunch at a restaurant provided by the tour. Our tour guide Cat was amazing. Acknowledgeable the area. Her communication skills and English is enough for me to understand. She went out of her way to include other three villages (Y linh, Lao chai, and Ta van) since we’re ahead of schedule with Cat Cat. I would highly recommend Cat as a tour guide!!!

The trip to Sapa was very memorable, with mesmerising landscapes of the mountains, paddy fields and the village tours. Cat was an excellent tour guide and she was amazing throughout the trip and helped us in actively speaking to the shop owners in Vietnamese. Thank you Cat!!!

This tour was very disappointing, from the start there was no guide on the bus from Hanoi, the driver didnt speak English, we did not receive any water as stated. Once in sapa there were no drivers (tour stated buses) to pick us up we had to walk everywhere, the "tour guide" walked so fast you did not have a chance to look at anything or take photos nor learn about the culture or history. Cat cat village was pretty much 2 hours of walking through market stores and 30min of looking at the water fall, which was beautiful. When leaving Cat cat our tour walked up the hill while the other tours all had a tuk tuk, we then sat around waiting for our bus as that was not organised. Our hotel was away from the centre of Sapa with nothing around it. Our room was mouldy, dirty and run down. The only good point was the food. Our guide turned up the next morning again no bus we had to walk up a very steep hill to get to the train to fansipan. No information about fansipan was provided we had to figure it out ourselves. After we returned again we walked no bus, lunch was good. Once on the sleeper bus again no water was provided. When we arrived at Hanoi we asked the driver to help us with a taxi, which led to us been scammed 700,000 dong. Very disappointed I would not recommend this tour company!

My mom and I booked the 2D1N Cat Cat Village and Fansipan tour and got Vu and Han as our tour guides. Both were great and lovely people! I highly recommend them! Vu and Han were both very knowledgeable and helpful and took us to our destinations with no problems. They were always on time and never rushed us during the tour. If we had any questions, they were always willing to answer our questions. Very great tour guides! Would book them again if we were to return to Sapa.

This is the “essential tour of Sapa” for those who have only 1 night to spend in Sapa. Cat Cat village, and Fanxipan Mountain are 2 of the most popular destinations. The visibility up on the mountain could vary, even when the sky appears to be blue from the ground. They adjust the order, depending on the condition. It’s not possible to control the weather, but that kind of attention to detail showed how much the company cares about the guests’ experience. The schedule was well thought out, and the amount of free time gave flexibility to do more exploring outside of the itinerary. The View hotel is one of the luxury hotels in the area for Sapa standards, and conveniently located. My room was clean, the food served at the hotel was delicious, and the staff was hospitable and helpful. They also rent out motorbikes, which I highly recommend, to ride it out to other attractions in the area during free time. Luan, the tour operator, was kind, accommodating, and thorough. There were so many different combinations of itinerary for the fellow passengers on my bus to Sapa I met, and it was impressive how he knew everyone by their name, and coordinated their schedules. All of the local guides were knowledgeable, and kind. It was clear they were happy to see tourism returning to Vietnam after the long pandemic. This last minute trip to Sapa could not have been better. I loved the staff my hotel (Hanoi Esplendor Hotel & Spa) so much, I trusted them with arranging this, and this exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this tour when you are visit Sapa, and wish to have a quality and comfortable experience.

My favorite part is visiting cat cat village and going to fanispan. Lots of nature and food is part of the package. We got to stay on a really nice sleeper bus that picked us up from our hotel in Hanoi to Sa Pa. Our tour guide Luan was funny and informative. Highly recommend.
