First of all the trolley tour was excellent. Dan was an excellent tour guide. The river cruise was also excellent. However, Dan had told us that after the cruise we had to get back to the bus by 5:15. The boat had docked by 5:00 and by the time we got off the boat and made our way to get the bus, it left without us. There was no way we were getting to that bus by 5:15. There were a lot people on that boat. We had to wait in line. We couldn’t race ahead of other people to get off the boat. We were stranded. This was so unacceptable!! They should have taken into consideration how long it would take to get off the boat given the time. We ended up walking back to The Visitor Center because there were no cabs to be had. My husband has a bad knee, so needless to say he was very sore by the time we got there. I would not recommend this tour to anyone. In fact I am going on social media and letting everyone know about this. Gray Line should be ashamed to run a tour like this. For what I paid for this, I think we should get our money back!!

The bus part of the trip was very good. Our guide, John, was fun and very informative. He told us to leave our car at the visitor center and take Kelly Tours shuttle to the second part of our tour, the riverboat. So we called the shuttle bus and got a snippy woman who asked why we needed a shuttle. We stood by the tour bus where we’d been left off and waited. Luckily John came to do his next tour and told us to meet the shuttle across the street! The woman didn’t tell us where to meet her! We made it to the cruise and she brought us back in the shuttle. Her attitude was sour each time we encountered her. It’s too bad that she put a damper on an otherwise wonderful tour.

We enjoyed seeing the cobblestone streets, architecture of the old buildings and learning the history. We felt trolley ride went too fast to really see all that the driver talked about.

Chris was and awesome guide. Had so much information to share. We did not know there was some much history associated with Savannah. Really learned an awful lot. Don't know how much we will remember, cause there was so much information. Was a fun and fascinating ride.

Both tours were very good. Ben was very knowledgeable and funny and told us a lot about the history of Savannah. . The Riverboat tour is also most informative as to the river and the importance of Savannah as a port.
