Booked this trip the day before as we were on a P&O cruise and we were looking for things to do in Haugesund. We had done trips in other ports via P&O but wanted to do one that was different and not over priced. From start to finish this was a great tour and I would highly recommend it too. The pick up is directly off the ship and they made sure we had plenty of time before the set sail again.
The 3hr tour was great and the added homemade apple pie at the farm was great along with being able to cuddle the new born lambs. If you are wanting to do something different then book this one.

This day trip was amazing, the tour guide was ensuring the group got the best experience. He took us to kringsja which was one of the best parts of my whole trip to Norway. Tom was a perfect host for us, he was so charismatic and taught us about the history of Kringsja and how he keeps it remaining as a safe and welcoming place to people. We also got to meet the animals and hold a few lambs! Not to forget Tom's wife had baked apple pie and it was incredible !!! Thank you! If you are going on a P&o cruise and unsure what to do for haugesund Dock this is perfect. We booked it as we got off the ship that morning.

We visited this summer. This trip is very interesting and definitely worth the money. Both the small bus ride and the tour are very friendly. The manager couple (the shepherd and his wife) are very nice too. They offered us lovely food and drinks in interesting wooden houses.
There are lots of sheep and chickens. We have a small child with us, he enjoyed it so much! I would recommend this tour for sure.

A lovely, quirky tour with beautiful scenery and nice refreshments with a little talk of the taxidermy in the cosy cabin. Great tour guide with his lovely wife and their sheepdog from Wales.
Very caring and offered to help an elderly couple who found the easy walk challenging.
Genuinely friendly and passionate guides at a fair price.
Highly recommended!

The ease and organization of this excursion was top notch. Excellent tour guide and bus driver.. friendly and professional. We were in a 16 passenger Mercedes van- very nice!
The hike to the sheep farm at Kringsja was so scenic - just gorgeous. Got lots of awesome pics! The shepherd and his wife were so welcoming and gave tons of historical info regarding Kringsja and the area.. and Lizzie the sheepdog! She stole our hearts. I would highly recommend this excursion

We were incredibly pleased with this lovely experience. A 15 min car drive up to a beautiful viewpoint where you then walk 10 min to the farm (easy hike but there were lots of steps/some steap parts if that’s relevant to you). The farm was INCREDIBLE. We got to play fetch with the sheep dog on the top of the mountains - something that will forever be ingrained in my mind. We saw the sheep getting called in to eat & even got to hold a baby lamb. Tom was excellent and did a great job of keeping everyone engaged while we learned about Norway wildlife. The first review said it right - a true gem!!!!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We took a hike up to the view point then an extra 10 minutes walk takes you to the farm. Tom was fantastic and so knowledgeable. He’s sheep are great and he has a wonderful sheep dog you can meet. He made up some great coffee too. Matt & Sophie (Cambridge)

If you’re looking for a real Norwegian experience, this is the tour. A moderate hike up to a mountain sheep farm(seter) with beautiful vistas of Haugesund was wonderful. The guides were excellent, and Tom, who runs the sheep farm was also very informative. Met numerous sheep as well as Tom’s vivacious sheep dog. All in all, a fun time. Was also served delicious apple cake!
