We have scooter availability at various rates, these rates tend to vary based on the hours of usage. With that being the case, our product availability begins at one hour rental to a maximum of 24 hours. With such variety, this is a service which allows the customer complete control of their overall experience, as we putt you behind the wheels and allowing your own experience to be fueled by ones curiosity. With this being a self-guided experience we provide complimentary maps to help you maneuver around the island. Office opens at 8am and closes at 4pm but we do have a late return policy available for customers that wish to turn return at a later hour.

Here’s a rundown of our Virgo Experience.
1. Pick Up - communication could have been more specific on where to go - there was a gate we could have exited thru from the cruise area but instead ended up through a market area. We called they easily told us where to walk to. Once we got on the shuttle to their rental site (10 minute drive away from the action) the driver asked if we he ever ridden scooters (nope) and he wisely advised us against it here.
2. The Ride: We ended up in a 5 seater buggy/jeep like thing. No windshield, No horn, No turn signals (we used cycling arm signals and cars responded well to them) No horn was an issue as we could have used it on a few occasions. Brakes needed pressed pretty hard. Driving on the left was fine once we got used to it and one way roads are your friend!
* Navigation- Virgo offers free on board wifi and Manny will help load a google map on your phone with key places to see. Great perk with them! You need one person to navigate while someone is driving.
3. Parking - there is literally no where to park in Nassau in the shopping section. We did drive over to a park/beach with chair rentals and lots of water sports options.
4. Return- only two of us took the buggy back and we quickly got a ride back into town.
Overall a very good experience. Manny and the staff were easy to work with, efficient and gave some good tips on where to go. Give yourself an hour before you actually get into the vehicle and start going. Wish that could have been done in less time. Or, have 2 in your group go rent it while the others shop (one to drive one to navigate). At least they can do something productive during that time. Maybe they offer a drop off service? I am not sure, but would prefer that.

Staff and service were very accommodating!! Even took time to make sure to take pictures of us! Highly recommend. We were able to roam the island and sight see at our leisure.

100% recommend! Manny picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off once we finished renting the quad bikes! He was super cool and nice. Definitely will book with them again the next time I make a trip to the Bahamas.

My friend and I had a phenomenal time riding Virgo's scooter around the island. I can honestly say it was the highlight of my entire cruising experience and we have so many great memories! The Virgo employees were very kind to us and put our safety first. They also gave us great information on how to navigate the island, what sites to see etc. One recommendation would be to stay on the roads shown on the map they give you, and not venture outside of that area. Thanks again, Virgo!

Great customer service, very funny employees and great explanations of areas. Picked us up from our hotels and dropped us off as well. Took time to guide us through the city on a scooter to get us used to the streets. Safe and fun ATVs, highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience! Would recommend Virgo over and over again to everyone! They made everything so worry free and easy! They picked you up in shuttle right at the cruise port, went over a map of local places to stop at and explore, veryyyy thorough!! I had to change my reservation because my cruise changed our port day and they made that change seamless. Loveddddd being able to rent these scooters and explore Nassau and extremely reasonably priced! If we come back to Nassau we will hands down rent from Virgo again!!! Thanksss for making this part of our trip easy and seamless!

had a blast zipping around the entire island. did a 5-hour rental and that gave me plenty of time to stop for lunch and still do the whole perimeter. the checkin process was swift, and they didn't try to sell me on any extras or unnecessary insurance. had a great time.
