You must take into account that:
* Home delivery service at your hotel located in the center of the island.
* The vehicle is delivered with the same level of fuel as received.
*A valid driver's license is required to rent a vehicle.
* Driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances is not allowed. Any evidence of intoxication will result in immediate vehicle retention and no refund of the reservation will be made.
*Vehicles are not allowed in the sand.
* Passengers cannot sit on the hood or roof of the vehicle, nor ride in the cargo area.
* The vehicle will only be delivered to the reservation holder, who must present a valid physical identification document (not digital). Failure to present the required document will result in the vehicle being detained and no refund of the reservation will be made.
* The number of passengers must not exceed the capacity specified in the reservation. Any violation will result in the vehicle being detained and no refund of the reservation will be made.
* The reservation is for 9 hours, starting and ending at the time established on the platform. If you wish to receive the vehicle later or at a different location, please contact us. However, the service will always end at the time stipulated on the platform.
*The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental.

Really good service from Riccardo. We rented a scooter at a good price. Good quality scooter, easy to drive and took us around the island and great for small trips to and from the center.. Riccardo delivered and picked up from our guesthouse. Totally recommend this company.

It was nice.
Easy to pickup and return the scooter.
Sadly we couldn't get the NMax as they had an issue with it but gave us 24h rental instead of 8h to compensate.

I got an email from them that they were offering me a refund as i was waiting for them to show up at my hotel! I tried calling them and asking why they cancelled and they hung up on me! Would not recommend

Your scooter is brought to your hotel and if you don't like it, they will change it for a more or less powerful one. Ours was dirty and when we complained, they immediately sent someone to clean it. Very accommodating people. Easy way to get around. Definitely recommended.

These guys are awesome. They rent scooters as well as the polarises. Really enabled my wife and I to travel around the island effectively on our trip. Brought the vehicles to our hotel for us and were very flexible and friendly. Would recommend to anyone that comes to San Andrés

Had the best experience of San andres just because of renting scooter. Since the weather is unpredictable, it's always better to have own transport. Sebastián was always a text away and was very very flexible!! Next time, the first thing I would do is take the scooter day 1! Loved the fact that they let me drop it at the airport and extended time to drop off just to make it easy for me. Thanks alot Sébastian
