We took this tour the day before our NCL Alaska Cruise. The driver was very prompt picking us up from our hotel, and we made one other brief hotel stop for additional riders and then we were on our way. The weather was dreary & chilly and the driver (Don) adjusted our itinerary so that we could view the outdoor sites before rain started later on.
Don was very friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining on the tour and provided us with plenty of interesting info.
We would definitely recommend taking this tour to anyone who is visiting Seattle for the first time.

The tour was cancelled by the company, but we were never notified. We waited at the pick up location for 30 minutes and they never came. I tried to call, but no answer. They did call back a few minutes later and said the tour had been cancelled and offered us a wine tasting tour, which we were not interested in. We requested a refund. We ended up using the on off bus by another company in Seattle and had a great time. Seattle is a great city, hopefully we will return someday.
