After a scenic ride, start the adventure discovering the famous Aqueduct of Segovia, a Roman engineering marvel dating back to the 1st century AD. Behold the well-preserved aqueduct stretches through the heart of the city and is an incredible sight.

Continue with a soft hiking through La Senda de los Molinos, a magnificent walk that unify landscapes, nature, geology and industrial history of the city of Segovia.
The path runs between the neighborhoods of San Lorenzo and San Marcos, with a nice walk along the riverbank that brings us closer to its industrial past. This part of the city is somewhat unknown, but has a natural and historical beauty of great value. Enjoy the coolness under the trees while contemplating the beauty of its autochthonous nature and lush vegetation until arriving at the viewpoint of San Marcos, a privileged place to contemplate the Segovian Alcazar from a unique perspective.

After hiking, you’ll visit the Alcázar, perched on a hill overlooking the city, its majestic castle that was once home to the kings of Castile. This fortress has a unique appearance with its turreted towers and is said to have inspired Walt Disney's Cinderella Castle. Explore the interior, including the various rooms, halls, and courtyards. Don't miss the Tower of Juan II, which offers panoramic views of Segovia.

Stop At: Cathedral of Segovia, Plaza Mayor s/n, 40001 Segovia Spain
Continue through the charming streets of Segovia's Old Town. Admire the medieval buildings, quaint squares, and picturesque alleys. Walk through the Jewish Quarter and the Gothic Cathedral. Don't miss the Plaza Mayor, the main square, where you can relax at a café and soak in the atmosphere.

The walk by the river was beautiful but it was much, much longer than anticipated so be warned. It’s a 50 minute walk that goes both uphill and up stairs. In addition, the guide really didn’t have much to say about the castle when we finally did arrive. It was nice and she got us in but I didn’t learn much. At the end of the day she tried to call taxis and hadn’t anticipated the low number of taxis and we ended up running around to find one, speeding to the station, and sprinting to the platform with only a minute to spare. I just think a bit more preparation was expected and is necessary.

We were very lucky to have Christina as our guide. She’s so chill and very knowledgable about the areas. The river trail walk was special and we enjoyed it very much. Overall, a great tour that I would recommend to my friends and family.

This is a poorly planned tour. Most of the time was wasted on river walk instead of city/castle/catedral/foods exploration. This tour is not suitable for older people. The tour guide seems to rush to complete the tour. Not recommended.

Christina was great! Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The walk around the river was so peaceful and the views were incredible. We got a great tour of the castle and had a few hours of free time to eat and look at the cathedral.

The Guide mentioned that this was her first tour of this kind. I believe she might’ve been a substitute. We had to run to catch the train in the morning. The guide did not know many facts about this tour. When we were supposed to meet in the afternoon. She was 15 minutes late. Then her boss did not give her the correct date for the tickets. My three daughters had to run to catch the train with only two minutes left. I’m just giving this feedback to help her in her growth. And to not let others have the same experience.

Cristina was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. I enjoyed seeing the castle. We had a nice outdoor lunch. The walk along the river was beautiful.

Laura was a great tour guide who knew so much, and was happy to answer any questions. She showed us some great spots along Segovia and even gave us a restaurant recommendation during our break. Great tour!

Laura made this tour so much better with her knowledge of Segovia and the Alcazar. We got extremely lucky as this experience only had my partner and myself on this particular day, so we in essence got a private tour from Laura. I highly recommend this particular tour with the high-speed train and the route we took, culminating in the Alcazar visit.

Our family group of 4 adults had a fantastic day trip to Segovia from Madrid. Diego, our guide was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the fast train to Segovia. We saw all the sights and had plenty of free time. We would highly recommend this trip.
