Had an amazing time and the staff was so helpful and so friendly, took us out of the port and explained how to use the boat and then went back to the port themselves and left us to it to go out and explore on our own. Would highly recommend this to anyone going to lake Como, if there was more stars I would give them it. Boat was very easy to use and the views were incredible 10/10 experience

To start with the service was excellent. We weren't staying in Como and had a fairly long drive to get there so the company offered to meet in Como centre with the boat rather than at their office.
We were slightly late but there was no feeling of being rushed to get on with our trip. An explanation of the workings of the boat and paperwork completed and we set off.
We went for a 2hr trip and even though we arrived late we were still given the 2hrs. The boat was prefect for us, quick enough to get from point to point if required and has the manoeuvrability in small areas. We were lucky with the weather as it was glorious sunshine so the canopy overhead was much needed. Small set of steps out the back should it have been warmer to swim and plenty of storage if you wished to food/drink onboard. Even catered for our 2 year old with a life jacket.
You do have to keep to eye out for floating debris (logs and branches) upon exiting the small marina at the start and upon return, so weaving in and out to make sure your propellor doesn't get damaged is a must but after that is it plain sailing.
I would highly recommend them and if we return we will definitely be using them again The only thing would be that we would probably go for 3hrs so that we didn't have to speed back from our furthest point (can take days to see the whole lake).
The owner was great in communications and explanations as we don't speak Italian but her English was perfect.
The cost is of course going to be higher than the larger ships that go but the freedom and flexibility that you have with Nagi Lake Como Boats means that , in my eyes, is well worth it.
We had a great experience!

Lake Como is stunning and being on a boat is a great way to see it.
Even without a boating license or much experience, it was very easy to get around the lake.
Overall a good boat and fine service from Nagi

We got the 3 hour long boat journey and I must say it was worth every cent. Me and my partner loved it! We wanted a longer time in the end. The boat itself felt very luxurious. It also moved quick and was very easy to drive plus Bluetooth speakers was a really nice addition.

Nagi boat hire was one of the best experiences in italy the boat was perfect the location was amazing the organisers were very pleasant and helpful with good communication to make the entire process of booking from England so easy they also took time to show us around the boat and best places to visit would highly recommend if you ever visit como to book a boat with Nagi boat hire by far my best Italian experience yet

The tour operator that helped us get familiarized with the boat and helped us into and out of the lake was one of the kindest I’ve ever met. Renting a boat on Lake Como can’t be missed, absolutely the best way to make the most of the area in one day. There’s no other experience like it! We would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone.

Andrea was incredible with communication and even let us reschedule due to bad weather! He was also great at tips of places we would want to go for swimming with the kids. The boat was beautiful, the pick up and drop off as easy as can be. HIGHLY recommend experiencing Como from your own boat. Lastly, one other thing I appreciated was the boat wasn't plastered with any "Rental" signs on it. I don't like looking any more like a tourist than I am, and this boat was beautiful and understated.

This is an exceptional boat rental for Lake Como. Federica made the process extremely easy and the boat was very clean and in great condition. The one mistake we made was was renting for only two hours instead of four...I highly advise doing the four hour rental as it goes by fast!
