We were able to experience all of Acadia in a single day via cycle. Just a truly beautiful day. Marty was a great pleasure and did an excellent job at ebike introduction and operations.

This was a very interesting experience. I gave the rating because I recommend the e-bike ride around the park but maybe find another vendor. Here is why. An important note, we came into Bar Harbor on a cruise 10/20/23, apparently late in the season so transportation was very limited. We (6 of us) were picked up about 1 mile from where we tendered in and transported to the e-bike location after a lot of "conversation". In other-words, it wasn't easy or simple. Bikes themselves were in good condition. Location, perfect. Proprietor, very glad this was the last day of the season and said so to us. He had had it and made no bones about it to us directly! He made no commitment or suggestion of how to get us back to our pick up location just committed to "trying" to do so. That made it a bit tense & uncertain. Anyway, we did enjoy the e-biking. Very few people around to distract from the experience and Acadia National National Park is very beautiful. Be aware, you will need to get your own transportation to and from Hull's Cove Visitor center. There maybe other vendors that make it simpler than this one.

We rented Ebikes through Island Time Ebike Rentals and we highly recommend. They gave great instructions and we were able to have a little practice time in the parking lot. They were there to make any adjustments to the seats, and they were exceptionally nice and helpful. We rode 20 miles and saw sights that we wouldn't have seen from the road. Perfect day.

Four of us loved riding these e-bikes on the carriage roads. We have ridden regular bikes on the trails before, but with the e-bikes we covered so much more of the trails. Absolutely fun and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed them so much we rented them the next day as well. Went 21 mi. on day one and 24 mi. on day two. Now I'd like to buy one. Very comfortable bike! Meeting up at Hull's visitor center was easy. Clear instruction was given on how to ride the bike and a map given to us. Then we were off! The best way to see the park and get lots of fresh air!

We ended up having to change our reservation a couple of days prior and they were very helpful and understanding. We had a good time riding the Carriage Roads but it is easy to see how a person would get lost on the roads because there are very few signs that mark the entrance to Hulls Visitor Center so be careful if you do this on your own. A mirror on the bikes would be helpful as so many people don't know to let you know they are coming up from behind to pass you. I would recommend this company as they were very friendly and the bikes were in good condition.

We had the best time riding the carriage roads. 10/10 would recommend! We saw more of acadia riding bikes than what we would have been able to hiking in foot. Great time!

Beautiful area with perfect weather. We came in on a cruise ship and transportation to the park was almost non-existent. Acadia offers shuttles but the season had ended (which was not noted on the park information page). Taxis have to be reserved in advance. Uber/Lyft, very hard to come by. And you cannot walk there. We were lucky enough to get the only Uber driver on duty (thanks Dora!) and she got us there and back to port. We were delayed getting off the ship (had to take a tender) and had to wait 30 minutes for him to show up after we got to the meeting area at Acadia. We were in touch with him and did try to cancel, but never heard anything. The manager that met us was unapologetic that we had to pay for transportation to and from Acadia. We paid for a 6 hour ride and only had about 3 1/2-4 hours, since we had to return to the ship. Bikes were in good shape and the ride was enjoyable (electric bikes make the hills so much easier!). It would seem that this should not geared towards cruise passengers unless the details are better noted, i.e., How long it takes to get there from the port, how to get there, length of activity, etc. I would do this again but would probably use a different company.
