Our instructor, Vary, was fabulous! We made three different gluten-free pasta variations - all with fresh vegetables, spices and meat. Vary made the night enjoyable and taught cooking technique as well. We all enjoyed the delicious food we prepared afterwards. We have already recommended her to people. 100 characters

We had the most amazing time in our class!!! Chef Vary was absolutely amazing and a wonderful teacher. We made the most amazing gluten free pasta I have ever had and I cannot wait to make these recipes at home!

Chef Vary was incredible. The pasta we made was easily the best pasta we had during our trip to Italy. She taught us authentic techniques, it was easy to pick up and very hands-on. She was very personable and made us feel right at home! She is truly a pro and knows how to make you feel like you are invincible and can literally make anything in the kitchen. She is very outgoing and even offered to help us with some of our Chianti tours that were cancelled last minute! As someone who is celiac it’s hard to find classes like these and this was truly one of a kind. It was the highlight of our trip and I cannot recommend this experience enough. Chef Vary is truly amazing.

The host Valle (mi dispiace se nome non giusto) was wonderful, expert in her craft, very kind to her guests, especially my 14 yr old daughter. The dishes were absolutely amazing and you would never guess they were gluten free. Ravioli with figs was my favorite. Grazie Mille for making our vacation special!

Incredible experience! We made three types of gluten free pasta with the freshest ingredients. It was absolutely delicious, and Chef Vary was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and a great teacher!! The kitchen was very clean and perfectly safe for celiacs. I would absolutely do it again!!
