Sunmudo(Seonmudo)!
Moving meditation will wake up your body and mind! (Seoul)
Train your body and mind by learning Sunmudo, which originated in Buddhism.
Sun(Seon) means the Zen. Mu(Moo) is the martial arts. Do means get enlightenment.
- You can relax your stiff body with Zen gymnastics and Zen yoga.
- You can learn the basic movements of Sunmudo.
- You can feel peace of mind and the energy of life with calm meditation.
You arrive at the training center 20 minutes before the training and change into your training suit.
*Duration and schedule
15 mins: Sitting meditation (breathing meditation)
20 mins: Zen gymnastics and Zen yoga (warm-up)
20 mins: Janggong (basic movements of Sunmudo)
20 mins: Zen qigong (moving meditation)
15 mins: Jwakwan (mudra meditation)
30 mins: Conversation over tea
When the tea ceremony is over, we clean together, change the clothes, and return to our daily life.
