Your guide will pick you up early in the morning from your hotel in Sofia for a wonderful journey in the Rila Mountains. You will arrive within hour and a half at Pionerska mountain hut from where you will take a chairlift to Rila Lakes hut, situated high above the tree line at 2150 m a.s.l. The walk begins from the hut in the direction of the Kidney, the third of the Seven Rila Lakes. On your way you will admire breathtaking alpine sceneries of jagged peaks and frozen mountain lakes. After a short break and a cup of warm tea at the lake you will head toward Rila Lakes hut. You will descent via the chairlift to the van and have a short transfer (20 min.) to Sapareva Banya spa resort, where you can relax deeply in the thermal pools fed by hot spring water.

The tour was perfect!! The guide Velko is absolutely caring, friendly, and funny. We had luck and the weather was beautiful and sunny. The road to the mountains is gorgeous. For paying the chairlift you need to have Bulgarian money. The journey to the top is very peaceful and relaxing. The hiking is tiring but it is not too hard to get to the top. The view is AMAZING!!!! We had lunch in a traditional restaurant, it is so cute and the food was very delicious. We went to the thermal bath and sauna, just a perfect combination after the cold in the mountains.
I really recommend this tour, and the guide was very helpful.

We had an awesome day together with our guide Velko. We did an amazing snowshoe hike accompanied by a spa visit. Honestly must say that the enthousiasm and the knowledge of our guide made our day. Would definitly recommend.

We had an amazing full day hiking experiance last Saturday 12/09/2020 with Azimut team. We were a group of 15 x people and all of us had a dreamed hiking tour.

me and my gf went on the full day hike with Karil who was a fantastic guide his knowledge was outstanding and he knew everything about all flora an fauna we passed! was so fun to get up in to the snowy mountains and he was a top guide we got to see so much and went at our own pace the day was brilliat can't recommend the tour more

Kiril picked me up at the hotel right on time. He was very informative on the drive up. I appreciated the thoughtful touches: I mentioned an ankle injury I had received a week prior, so Kiril brought snowshoe options so that I could have a set that wouldn't hurt my ankles (and he provided medicine). The trip up the chairlift had great views and I really enjoyed snowshoeing around that national park. I loved the thermal spa afterwards and again, Kiril helped to arrange everything we needed. All in all an amazing day.

We went on a showshoe trip in the mountains, and it was gorgeous! It was a trip, where you could take it in your own pace, stop and enjoy the nature when you wanted to. Truly beautiful and a great way to experience the nature if you are not going skiing.
And our guide Kiril was absolutely fantastic to have with us. Not only did he make our daytrip in the mountains a wonderful experience, but he was such a great help afterwards when we went travelling on our own. He suggested great spots to go to in the rest of the country, helped out finding the best rutes etc.
You feel that they in the company really want you to have a great trip when you are visiting the country and we can only give them the best recommendations and big thanks for all of the help and good memories that we had

We had a great day at Seven Rila Lakes, with Kiril as our guide. Our guide was very knowledge and helpful througout the day, we couldn't have done the trek without him. We got some amazing pictures and this was definitley the highlight of our trip to Sofia!
