I was met at the baggage claim area by a very friendly woman. She showed me to the shuttle. The driver was very nice. There was no waiting around, I had a good experience.

Staff met us at baggage claim at airport (our name on sign), waited with us for our luggage and assisted with getting it to transport vehicle, and then at hotel as well. Very efficient and friendly staff, and the shuttle driver was knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel welcome. Excellent experience!

We arrived at 235 was contacted to meet them at baggage claim asap we got our bags meet up right at 3 and the brought us outside and said o.k wait here your ride will be Here in 50-60 mins we are running is that o.k. I said no and got an uber. Hopefully will be refunded but an hour late is a bit excessive. I will not be using them again after this.

We used Speedishuttle for shared transportation from/to the airport. We also did the USS Arizona Memorial tour with them (IMI Tours). The drivers were all native Hawaiians and very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the area. The drivers offered recommendations on where to eat and how to save on money during our stay. Mahalo!

Matt was friendly and welcoming.
I was not aware we were to call when we arrived. Since I had given all my information previously on Viator web site. Thought someone would reach out to me. When I contacted the dispatcher she informed us to look for a gray Mercedes with the #33. Looked and asked a few of the drivers.
Matt was one of them and took a call as we spoke. And then he asked what are name was. He was our driver.
Suggestions. : Hold up dry erase board with name of arriving passengers so they know where to go.
Make sure # is visible and on vehicle for the customer to view.

Speedi Shuttle greeter met us at baggage arrivals and then took us to our driver who was waiting! We were at destination shortly after.
