It was so good to have someone waiting for us on arrival even when landing times had changed that morning.
Kani was not only helpful in letting us know exactly what we should do when we came out of the airport but she also gave us a little history of the island and pointers as to what we might see and do.
It was a very warm and welcome 'aloha', indeed!

Driver was amazing and helpful. So friendly and informative, he told us everything we needed to know to navigate the island. We had no trouble finding our ride and getting to our hotel. Will use this service again!

Our driver was at the baggage claim when we arrived, he was lovely and attended to our bags , made our holiday more special. On our way to our accommodation he was very informative about the history of the Big Island. Thank you so much.

My driver Mr Rambo did an excellent job handling a very tired and frustrated family, that chose to take out their frustrations on him, he gave them excellent service and was very kind, even when he was treated rudely. I very much respect him for his patience and service. The shuttle was very comfy and he shared info on the area as he dropped us off.

Are arrival flight was delayed about four hours. The driver texted me when we entered the terminal building. We collected our bags and proceeded to the van where the driver was waiting. We were the only passengers. It was about a 20-30 minute drive to our hotel.

Plane was well over an hour wait. Driver learned and waited for me, friendly and cheerful. Had a text and email from him as soon as I was able to take my phone off airplane mode. Very reassuring on arrival.
