After check-in, the Tiger Cat will cruise through Key West harbor on the way to the Key West National Wildlife Refuge. Here guests will see numerous sharks and a variety of wildlife including dolphin.
Stop At: Key West, Key West, Florida Keys, Florida
Travel through shallow water close to mangrove islands as you make your way about 4 miles (6.4 km) away from shore to the shark viewing site. Along the way, keep your eyes open for dolphin, sea turtles, stingrays, barracudas, tarpon and an array of native birds. Listen to your experienced pilot discuss the delicate ecosystem of this area and its abundance of wildlife. Enjoy complimentary water, soda, juice — as well as the use of polarized sunglasses — during your trip.
When you arrive at the shark destination, get ready for an unforgettable experience! Your pilot will use bait to draw a host of sharks that swim right up to the boat so you and your family can observe them in safety and comfort. See numerous lemon and nurse sharks, and watch out for bull, black tip and hammerhead sharks during nearly one hour of shark viewing. Capture dramatic photos you can't wait to share with family and friends.

Outstanding and unique tour run by a family (our tour was the father and his two sons). They were genuinely committed to everyone having a good experience. Saw a ton of sharks feeding right off the boat and they made sure everyone got a front-row seat to the action before moving on. They then made sure we found dolphins on the ride home as an added bonus. Also saw a huge sea turtle. The crew was enthusiastic about sharing local knowledge and answering every question. Easily one of the highlights of our week in Key West

This was an enjoyable experience. The trip was well organised, including drinks at no extra charge. Explanations given were informative and the sharks and dolphins actually showed up.

We had a great day on the Tiger Cat catamaran. Capts Ken, Clay and Matt made the excursion fun and they were very informative. It was so exciting to see the sharks, dolphins and sea turtle. We couldn't have picked a more perfect day. It was well worth the trip. Thank you Capts Ken, Clay and Matt for a great experience!

Great crew, sharks put on a good show. I also think the educational facts about sharks was a nice touch. Dolphins were being evasive but the captain tried his best to track them down, found one.

This is genuinely one of the best tours that I have ever done! The captain and his two sons made a great team - they were super informative, friendly and absolutely hilarious! During the tour we had the chance to see numerous lemon sharks swimming and feeding up close, I have honestly never experienced anything quite like it. We took so many quality photos and videos, and what I particularly liked was that they rotated everyone on the boat so that we all had a chance to view the sharks from the front row. On the boat there were complimentary refreshments - water, soft drinks, snacks etc which were must appreciated. Don’t hesitate and book it too, it really is absolutely fantastic!

This was a fun and exciting excursions out to see the lemon sharks in the backcountry. The guides were very informational and fun! We saw a lot of sharks and even saw some dolphins on the way back!

Had an amazing time! They made sure everybody had a good picture and video of the sharks - so cool! Loved it!
They also accommodated us with the later tour as we were unable to get off the ship in time. The guys were all so nice and made sure everybody felt safe!

First the boat had plenty of space and it was not overcrowded which is great, especially for sensory children. The guys were amazing and loved joking around. They were super laid back and easy going. What I loved the most is that they were dedicated to the kids. The grownups were not allowed up front until all kids were up there with the best view. Then they would rotate everyone to make sure each person got the special view.
Another amazing thing is that they allowed each child to throw a fish out to the sharks, which was a highlight for my boy who loves sharks. They took my boy under their wing and gave him some amazing footage for his gopro. The whole family enjoyed this (kids aged 11,8,8), and it is definitely an experience you don't want to miss. We were even able to look at a dolphin on the way back in.
Will definitely do this again when we go back for a visit!!

This was an awesome experience! The crew was so nice and knowledgeable. We saw tons of sharks, and a pod of dolphins. We have a 3 year old, and he loved it. 100% recommend!
