We booked this tour for our Carnival Venezia cruise stop on 4/18/24, in St Thomas. The Shop, See & Splash Tour and the instructions for meet up was to go to Gate 3 (It was closed) so we went to the only one open, gate 4. Asked around and was told to wait under the umbrellas at the tables and Mr Thenford Godfrey would meet us. We waited about 30 min. So I called him and he was on the way to meet us. Sure enough after a slow start we had a great time. Went into town to shop 1 1/2hrs, Then off to MTN Top for a lil bit. Amazing down Island views, The Banana Daqueri was delicious! Off to the next couple stops for Island view Pics. Mr Godfrey was a fountain of Knowledge, information, facts and dates of St Thomas history he shared along the way. Our full Safari Bus decided to Go to Coki Beach / Coral World so that is where we stopped for 2 hrs Beach & swimming. Or if you'd like he would take you back to the ship if you don't want to swim, and come back for the swimmers. Beautiful Beach and views then Back to the ship in plenty of time.

They cancelled my trip without telling me why! When I went to reschedule, the entire month is now blocked off. I would have liked to have had some explanation as to why the trip was cancelled.
I’ve taken this tour twice before and the last time I was on the island in December 2023, he changed my date for tour because he said he needed his brakes fixed, but the next day we toured with a larger group and the brakes were still squeaking.

The only thing I may ding this tour on was they gave us 2 hours of shopping and that may have been a little too long. I think 1 1/2 hours and maybe another 1/2 hour at the beach. The sightseeing was great. The guide was very accommodating to bring us to the beach we wanted to go to.

What a great introduction to the island. The guide was very informative and friendly. Several stops for photo ops and shopping. Do this tour on the firsts days of your stay to get ideas of what to do while here.

Positives:
- Great price for the opportunity to see many sites in St Thomas. The Beach was extremely crowded but beautiful.
Negatives:
- contacted Godfrey tours via chat and phone multiple times in advance of reservation - no response and no one answered phone
- The tour guide was late and it wasn’t clear whether he was still coming. There were many tour trolleys lined up at the port waiting for guests when we arrived but no sign of Godfrey tours. They were about 25 minutes late; it would have been helpful to know. We never found the windmill where we were asked to meet the guide in the reservation; we just saw the guide drive in and had waited at the small yellow building where a few workers at the port told us that Godfrey would eventually come.
- The trolley capacity is officially 25 people and around 20 people signed up. After we left the port a couple more people signed up that morning from our ship and the guide was not aware until a couple hours later. Left us all waiting for 30 minutes in the heat while we waited for a cab with them to arrive, without informing us of why were running late or how long of a wait it would be - seemed unprofessional. Our family of five adults was told to all sit in the same row to accommodate the additional guests. It was quite hot and with our backpacks on our laps an uncomfortable ride. Looking at the other trolleys of same size, typically 2-3 people sat in a row together. I told the guide it would be uncomfortable but we were provided no alternative options.
- it was difficult to hear the guide speaking both in the trolley and outside at the stops (sometimes he had his mask on outside). Maybe he could consider using a mic with the large group.
Overall:
Enjoyed site seeing but if in st Thomas again i will probably just pay for a cab and go straight to beach for the day. Pretty remarkable to snorkel and see the underwater life in the clear waters.

The beautiful color of the water. We learned about the history of the islands and the hurricane damage.

Tour hosts were good. Tour was disorganized so we were disappointed.
Better than paying for taxi I guess.

Godfrey did an amazing job with this tour, he is sooo knowledge of the island's history, important dates and facts, and he is just so much fun. We fell in love with St. Thomas because of him. The tour he gives is so beautiful and he knows where to take you so that you get the BEST photos and the BEST views. I would recommend his tour to anyone wanting a first class experience of this beautiful island.

Godfrey never came to get my friends and I because he said he doesn’t drive to Airbnbs only hotels however it’s not stated anywhere in his policy. Refused to communicate with us and when we finally got a hold of him he became very rude and disrespectful and hung up on us. So we didn’t even get to do the tour
