Have the show as advertised. We booked and paid for the show. We arrived at the location and no one there knew anything about it.We showed the the pictures that are in the booking and they had no idea about it. We also called the contact number and was told that they did not have enough people for the show. All of the current ratings are from 2022. We requested a refund from trip advisor.

We had confirmed reservations for Oct 1st. Got there only to find out they don’t do shows in October or November here. Big question mark as to why they confirmed the reservation if they aren’t going to be open.

We had dinner and saw the Folkloric performance at La Choza de Laurel. (4/22/22). I don’t know if the producer was testing a new venue or just polishing the production, but the food was good, and the show was a lot of fun. The dancers changed costumes 6 or 7 times to match the cultural periods of the dances and the dresses were beautiful. The costumes even included traditional masks.

My favorite part of this experience was the folk dance. Dinner was great also. Would recommend anyone visiting Costa Rica to take time and enjoy this taste of culture.

Excelente presentación de bailes folclóricos y bailes de cumbia criolla, además la cena fué un éxito total, la comida deliciosa y una excelente atención, recomendado 100%, gracias casa luisa por tan inolvidable noche, con un sentimiento propio de los costarricenses.
