Great service, notifying us a few days before our transfer and on the morning of updating us with ETA. A little crowded but still comfortable. A very friendly driver, even checking if anyone needed the bathroom before the drive to the airport.

I love using Viator. They are so dependable and on time. I needed to change my time on this last trip and it was so easy. Our driver was also so pleasant and informative. They also have great excursions which every time I’ve booked them, they’ve turned out to be my favorites. I’m really sappy with Viator and we always use them. I will never plan another trip without them.

Your Go Sydney Shuttle driver took off without picking us up and I still got charged $40.90. We had to quickly arrange for an alternative, very expensive transportation to the Sydney international airport. This was a complete rip-off plus the person, named John D., was very rude, screaming and disrespectful. The scheduled pickup time was 7:30; however your contract stated that it could very by up to 20 minutes on either side. This driver blamed us for a two-minute delay past 7:30 am scheduled time despite it was totally our of our control to get there before 7:30 am since Carnival had its own schedule to unload over 3, 000 guests in an orderly fashion in addition to Australian agricultural inspection before leaving the port. We nevr had such a rude, rip-off experience in all the years we have traveled around the world. Please make to refund the $40.90 charge asap. No ride, no payment. I have also filed a dispute with the Citibank and plan to elevate this issue to the highest level until it is resolved properly. Thank you.

being hassled 20 minutes before my booked time whilst still on ship and every few mins until i got off, then receiving verbal abuse form another American client frustrated by having to wait.
then sitting in front seat whilst driver managed to get to airport in 25 mins driving like crazy. not personable river either.

Shuttle itself was fine, but planning was a bit difficult for getting off the cruise ship. When booking, they asked what time I'd be disembarking the ship. I'd booked to pick up a car at the airport at 8.45am. Day before the transfer, I was told pick up wouldn't happen until between 9-9.30, so had to cancel car rental and rebook. Thankfully I had internet access and got the notice. I was getting off the ship at 8.30, and was already being texted about my status. My main recommendation is don't have firm plans/times and be flexible.
