I booked shuttle pick-up for 9:30 AM was told pick-up time would be 12. Was told we could not get on ship until after 12. That was a lie, people were on board at 10:30.

Booked a transfer from Rydges World Square Sydney Hotel to the cruise port. The driver was on time (actually, a few minutes early), and was very welcoming and friendly. The ride was also comfortable. I couldn't have asked for more. :)
