Our service is complete, once you reserve your transportation with us, we will be in charge of contacting you to obtain all the information about your hotel and your flight we will need this information to organize the transportation, once we have organized the logistics of your service we will call you to confirm it and and we will send all the details of your transportation by email. At the time of pickup, our driver will be waiting for you at the indicated point to board the transportation. We will arrive early to give you enough time to be ready, so we will take you to your destination on time.

I paid $100 for round trip for 2 (girls trip). We were charged $40 when we were dropped off (airport charge) plus tip of course. We were never contacted at our resort about our return. The driver did bot know where the resort was and asked us.

The transport was all right; however, they charged an additional airport tax separate from the transport itself. I wish it were included in the original booking rather than after. Be prepared to pay 550 Pesos in airport tax and the original transport. The booking was easy, and they communicated well via email to confirm the correct location pickup.
