Itinerary
Side Paragliding Tour is one of the most thrilling things you can experience in Side. This alternative outdoor experience gives you the chance to fly above the beautiful Cleopatra’s bay and have a blast while observing spectacular panoramic views. Boost your adrenaline levels, make unique memories, and set yourself free to experience how it feels to be flying.
A comfortable and modern car will pick you up from your hotel in Side, and drive you towards Yassı Tepe in Alanya, which is the take-off site.
Our pilots welcomes you at the take-off site and proceeds by offering an important instruction briefing. During the briefing, you will receive interesting information about the flight, you will learn how you should behave and what to avoid.
The paragliding flight lasts for almost 15 minutes. Please keep in mind that the flight duration is subject to the weather conditions and to the direction of the wind.
Upon landing, you can preview the photos and the videos taken by the pilot during the flight. If you wish, you can purchase them at an extra cost.
By the end of your paragliding experience, a vehicle will transfer you back to Side.

Most of the hotels in Side has got high privacy rules, so we are not allowed to pick you up from your hotel reception. Please meet us at the main entrance gate of your hotel.

Please notice that Side paragliding flight may be cancelled due to the bad weather conditions. In this case your flight is cancelled, you will get full refund or we can reschedule it for the closest possible date.
Comfortable clothing, sturdy and comfortable shoes (trainers or boots), sunglasses, bottle of water will be needed.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

The guys at Freedom Paragliding were top tier!
Super friendly and cool company, looked after us so well during the experience. We had a delay due to bad weather and they even provided our group with a little trip and lunch free of charge too while we waited which was amazing.
They’re fully ensured and incredibly hospitable. You have to give them a try!

We were collected from hotel by very reliable taxi driver, We travelled an hour to reach the smile paragliding office in Analya. We were explained the procedure and offered drinks. We then went to take off site in a van with group of people. We had 12 year old and 5 year old with us. The journey felt extremely safe throughout. We were in the air in no time. It feels little scary when you have to rin off the cliff in parachute for take off but The trained pilots made it so relaxing and reassuring.It was my first time paragliding and I will do it again. We paid 40£ per person including pick up and drop plus 10 euro for some fees when we reached there. The pilot will take multiple.pics and videos in air for you which you can buy at additional cost. Overall amazing experience for me and kids.

The flight was a bit short, about 10 minutes, but the price-performance ratio was really good. I can only recommend it. It was really fun. There is also a pick-up service.

Awesome Trip pickup from hotwl was no Problem
Flight was rallye good ca. 700m feom the Mountain down to the Coast
Hektor Turizm gave also pickup Updates via WhatsApp so everything was well organized

They are scammers. They forced us to pay €50 for photos which we did not get a choice for, because they gave us the photos first and then told us how much it was after, which was when it was too late to back out. The photos cost more than the actual activity. More than half of the photos were selfies the pilots took beforehand, literally over 100 photos of them. It’s ridiculous. They also got our hopes up because the weather was nice so they said the experience will last 30 minutes, but barely lasted 10! They are scammers, only book if you want your pockets emptied. The workers were very unprofessional and clearly only cared about the money. They sugar coat all the information and then by the end you pay so much more than expected. If you try to ask any questions beforehand about the additional charges you get ignored, like all of us did. The actual pilots don’t speak anything other than Turkish which made the experience even more boring, being in the sky in silence due to the language barrier. I went with my friends and nobody had a good experience, one was even manhandled by the pilot for the photos, forcing them to pose a certain way. To summarise, the experience as a whole was very uncomfortable, disturbing, traumatising and they have put me off completely.

Actual experience was good but the company “pirates paragling” they are rubbish very rude behaviour made us wait at the office for 4 hrs saying that they don’t have enough staff and they never mentioned that we have to pay for the pictures which was £50 for absolutely rubbish pictures. They wasted the whole day on their website it says whole experience will take 3-4hrs including journey from and to the hotel. They picked us at 10:50 and drop us at 6pm and the evening whata waste. Avoid this company I wouldn’t give this a one star. Total rip off and very very rude 🤬🤬.

What a buzz! Had an awesome time with Pirate Paragliding. All the guys were really funny and friendly (quite handsome too) and really made us feel at ease. The drive up to the jump point is almost scarier than the experience itself. The jump lasts over 20 mins but feels like it is over in 5. My Captain captured over 200 pics. Brilliant laugh and so glad to have done it!
