Right from the very start Peter was an amzing guide and host, with intelligent, witty and informative commentary for every part of the day. Rather than a guide and tour, we quickly were made to feel like old interstate friends who were being shown around his favourite places now we had finally been able to visit. A very special experience.

We had an amazing day given it was my birthday. The tour was great due to the variety of stops we had through the day. As for Drink Tasmania Premium Tours their service was fantastic our original tour was cancelled due to lack of numbers and they made sure we got onto the tour we took. Our driver was fantastic

This is our second wine tour with Drink Tasmania and it was even more wonderful this time. We specifically requested for a focus on Riesling and Sparkling wines for this tour and Emma was absolutely brilliant. We enjoyed every single cellar door experience and learned a lot. From grape making to the wine making process, Emma gave us a lot of insight which truly added value to how we appreciated our wines. She guided us on which wines we may want to explore and gave us tips to ensure the wines we got will conveniently reach us when we head back to Melbourne. We visit Hobart several times a year and yet, we were surprised about how much more we learned about Tasmania from her. From how MONA helped shape Tassie culture, heat zones during bushfires, turbo chooks and guinea fowls on apron, Emma was an insightful, pleasant and absolutely knowledgeable guide who made our day extra special. If you like wine, the spectacular views of Tassie or just want to have a great stress-free time, take a tour with Drink Tasmania. You absolutely would not regret it.

Our tour leader Tim's knowledge of everything Tasmanian (food, beverages & lifestyle) was mind-boggling and he was the major factor in all of our group enjoying this experience so much!
Each of the presenters at the various sites we visited were superb and very passionate about their craft!
Lunch at Willie Smiths Apple Shed was delightful!
With so many tastings on this tour it wise to discard the excess after tasting each offering.
Will highly recommend this tour to all our friends!

Thoroughly enjoyed the Signature Tour - wonderful way to spend a day with friends. Ben, our guide for the day, was informative, entertaining & helpful. The wine, cider, beer, gin & whiskey tastings were lots of fun, and the countryside berautiful.
