We had the best of time with Eli. She was educational, friendly absolutely fantastic with my 70 y/o mother, especially as I was captivated by the glacier and not paying attention to her. I also want to thank Troll for being so communicative and helpful while we were not sure if we would make it in as we were stopped behind a stuck car for a bit this am.

We did the glacier hike and ice cave in April - so we’re lucky to still see a bit of an ice cave. My mum struggled with the difficulty of the hike - but our guide Philip was incredible. He took time and care to make sure she was okay, and helped encourage her throughout. He was so attentive and this was a once in a lifetime experience for her so we are grateful he did. He was a wonderful guide!

Had an excellent experience with Joao as our tour guide. Joao was funny, engaging, passionate, knowledgeable and very patient. He explained the history and science of ice caves, glaciers, and Iceland which helped us appreciate the landscape even more. The tour itself was a seamless experience and all the staff were friendly. Breathtaking views and definitely must experience at least once in a lifetime.

Had an excellent experience on this ice cave tour and glacier hike! Small group of 15 people. Our tour guide Joao was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and explained a lot about the history of ice caves and glaciers. Very funny, passionate, engaging, and seemed to love his job. Would definitely recommend this activity to others and try other activities with this company.

My friend and I booked this tour and it was such an amazing and fun experience. Our tour guide Joao was beyond fantastic. He made sure everyone had a great time and was safe. Personally I had a hard time climbing down the glacier so he was extra attentive. He was sooo friendly, kind and enthusiastic and definitely made the tour a lot more exciting and enjoyable. His knowledge on the glaciers and Iceland was also helpful in gaining a deeper appreciation of this country’s beautiful attraction. I highly recommend booking a tour through them and if possible having Joao as your guide! You won’t regret it!

Our tour guide Michelle made this experience amazing! She made the hike and ice cave exploration super interesting and enjoyable. We had amazing weather and we finished early at the top so Michelle took us on another crevice loop. Would definitely recommend

Omg this truly was the highlight of our holiday. What an experience!! I was beaming from ear to ear the whole hike. Incredibly beautiful and our guide, Ricardo, was so knowledgeable about the area and the science behind the glacier. We had so many opportunities to stop for photos and felt very safe. The tour was very well organised and they even let us go on a later hike when we turned up late! Thank you so much! Would highly highly recommend!

Totally worth it! This was definitely the highlight of our trip to Iceland. Our guide, Michelle, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot about the natural environment and everyone felt safe the whole trip. We would definitely recommend this tour (and guide!) to friends.
