Your journey begins when you step into the 'At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY lounge', from where you will be personally escorted to a dedicated elevator. SKY is the newest attraction to open in the Burj Khalifa on floors 125 and 148. This makes SKY the world’s highest observation deck. The new public observation deck stands at a height of 555 meters.

• For guests staying in any Private Residence or Villa in Dubai, the pick-up can be arranged(Location link mandatory).
• Pick-up service from Jebel Ali Hotels, Bab Al Shams, or from Al Maha Desert Resort or others locations ( which is not in the City limit) are available only at the additional cost upon request based on your location.

The Hotel pickup is only available from hotels in Dubai - Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Al Barsha / Marina / Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah area.
The time you are selecting will be your Burj Khalifa visit.Hotel pick up will be 01 hour prior to selected visit time.
If transfer option is selected , please mention your hotel details in the "Special Requirements" column
Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.

We booked the 6pm tour to see the sunset but it was a hazy day but anyway very colorful. The booking with pick up at the hotel was conviniant, The driver drove us through underground parking directly to the ticked counter to 148th floor.
We got plenty drinks an snacks while sitting and enjoying the view, You can stay as long you want but once you leave the floor down to 125 you can not go back up again. Stay with the group to skip the waiting line to go down,

Has to be seen to really get an idea of how tall this building is - it’s breathtaking. We paid to skip the lines so went to floor 148 - it was less crowded and you were served traditional treats and drinks. Floor 125 was a bit more busy but had a few extras.

We took 4pm booking and had booked the tickets to go to level 148. It was well worth it as there were less crowd and preferred the atmosphere. Also you get to sit down on the lounge and have coffee and sweets. The view was spectacular day and night! I have to say despite the spectacular views, the prices are expensive but feel like you have to do it when you are in Dubai!

Leaving stars out until I hope oriental reschedules. Tour was for Thursday pm 4/18. Everyone in Dubai knows of the record rainfall and our flight was cancelled 2 days straight and we arrived Friday at 3 am,. Have sent all documentation showing our cancellations/stress and don’t want money back …. Just alternate time, hope they are ethical!!! Will update

During the historic Dubai flooding where the city was shut down. No transportation public or private was available. Roads closed. Cars abandoned. Would still not refund tickets. Not even allow a reschedule. Money over human safety.
