Skip the Line: Cancun Coco Bongo Regular Entrance Ticket

Coco Bongo itself was an amazing experience my birthday and our anniversary, but we had so much trouble accessing our tickets from Viator we ended up missing two hours of the show. We arrived to CocoBongo with plenty of time before the show started but when clicking ‘get tickets’ on the viator app I would be sent round and round in circles from the app to my emails and being prompted to sing in; once signed in it wouldn’t display my ticket and would then do the same thing over and over again when pressing get my ticket. We tried the app and the website but both options would not display a Q.R Code which the management team at CocoBongo said they needed to let us in. We then went through different levels of management reexplaining the issue and also showed us previous tickets from guests that had used Viator of what they are used to seeing and that they had not come across this issue before. Stood for two hours embarrassed and frustrated on my Birthday trying to prove my tickets were legitimate was a complete mood killer- we didn’t end up being able to access the official tickets through Viator but I think management could see if wasn’t our fault and felt sorry for us so they let us in.

The place is overloaded. Wherever we stood staff members said to move somewhere else, i guess they expected us just to pay and watch the show from the toilet or from outside. Shows and music were nice, but they made us feel super annoyed, and upset about how they treated us. The way they talk to you or just push you away from the back is unacceptable. We are the costumers, we payed to be there and they acted we owe them. And actually they were the one whom stopped us every meter on the street. I would never ever go there again. I gave 2 stars, because the entertainment team made a nice show and some bartener were nice as well, but the waiters had no manners!

We purchased an upgrade at our resort Riu Latino from Luis. Unfortunately, our experience at Coco Bongo was not as he promised. We took the upgrade for: -Quicker entry - we didn’t get. Luis stated we would be in the second line for entry and we were not allowed to do this. We waited in the general line. -Better views - we didn’t get. Luis stated we would be on the floor near the entry and we were brought to a table steps from the back bar and under the stage. We could not see anything on the elevated stage at all. -Dedicated table - we didn't get. Luis stated we would get one of the oval shaped large tables. We got a small red round table not the larger one promised. -A waiter - we didn't get. We saw a waiter twice in 5 hours. The first time at entry when he brought us to the table and the second time he passed by and grabbed our ice bucket and did not speak. -A ride - we did get, but Luis stated there would be no taxis to hold our group of 6 and we would have to take two taxis back to the resort. He also stated these taxis would be very expensive, equal to the cost of the upgrade we purchased. This was not true. There were many taxi vans available that were less expensive and quicker than our ride. -Luis stated to text him with any problems and he would provide a refund. I have texted him twice with this request and he has not responded. -Finally, I have reached out to Coco Bongo 5 times and recieved no response.

We went me and my wife and it was the worst experience of my life me and my friends paid 3000 usd for a private table my wife got something in her drink didn’t feel well after 30 mins we had to call an ambulance went to the hospital and the they wanted 6000 usd for a deposit and 850 usd for the ambulance stay in your resort guys and stay away from this place we got a fright we will never get over we will never forget it the worst night of our life’s

This place is good and it’s a surreal experience but it was oversold and we unfortunately fell into the same trap everyone on here seems to have done. We bought standard ticket and when we arrived were conned into ‘upgrading’ to a table with chairs and a bottle of alcohol. We were then taken to our table which was difficult as it was way oversold and couldn’t move in there. Our so called table which was tiny was shared with another group and we didn’t have any chairs as promised. They also stated we would have table service. This was not the case and it only started to show towards the end as it got quieter and the bar staff could actually move around. We saw one member of staff carrying drinks which ended up all down them as the crowd was just to big.

Coco Bongo Party is dope!! It’s so entertaining, the music is great and the shows are really cool. They have put a lot of effort into keeping you entertained for 4-5 hours easily. Recommend 10/10

Insane night! What a spectacular show and a once in a lifetime experience! Drinks are free and they come by with some snacks like fries (the food is good only as drunk food). Customer experience is 10/10!

There was NO SKIP THE LINE. Waited like everyone else. The OPEN BAR drinks were all juice. The OVERALL CONCEPT was a total mess. Went from dance music to rock videos on screen in seconds. SHOW was kids swinging on rope.. Would DEFINITELY NOT GO BACK, NOR RECOMMEND.

Stay away. Oversold purchased premium tickets. Which premium means the lowest to the lowest. The people next to us had VIP seating not once were they offer drinks. Stay away.
