The guide was lovely and answered all the questions I asked. The sites were all interesting. My biggest complaint was the audio boxes. I have been traveling for almost a month and used audio boxes in all 10 of the countries I've been in. There were the worst. The sound crackled constantly and I could only understand what was being said when I stood beside her. I think I "heard" better because I partially lip read. Please get better devices. If I hadn't been able to lip read and have the guide answer my questions I would have given a 1 star

Laura, our guide, was great and spoke excellent English. The headsets helped us hear her.
The city was hot and extremely crowded . We spent the first two hours walking around seeing the exterior of historic buildings and hearing their history. By the time we reached the Academia where the statue of David is housed, we were too hot and tired to stay long. I wish we had started there, because we could easily have spent an hour or more in that museum. It could have been a guided tour all my itself.

Laura was an excellent tour guide. She walked our small group of 9 around the sites, shared details along the way and even pointed out a great place to get authentic gelato that wasn’t busy so she recommended we stop and try it because typically lines extend down the street. There is a very useful audio system that allows each person to have an individual ear bud to hear clearly. Super helpful and better than those that use microphones either speakers. We recommend this tour

My Girlfriend and I had a wonderful 3 hour walking Tour of Florence with our Tour Guide Laura, who was from the Florence area. Laura was a fantastic Tour Guide. She spoke excellent English and was extremely knowledgeable about the places, museums, art and sculptures she took us to. Her expert knowledge of Florence and its history was both educational and appreciated. Laura was also great with navigating the entrances to the museums she took us so our Tour was hassle-free. We cannot thank Laura enough for showing us around the beautiful City of Florence.

Very average. The tour guide focused almost entirely on the Medici family. She never mentioned any of the Renaissance architects, never mentioned the Duomo, only mentioned Brunelleschi in passing for about 15 seconds and did not show us his Dome. Only discussed Michelangelo when we went to the Academy and saw the David statute, she did not mention anything else that he did.

Great introduction to Firenze. Our guide Lara was very knowledgeable and took time to make sure we saw everything and able to answer any questions. So glad we pre booked our tickets and queuing was kept to a minimum. Lovely way to see all the important sites. Would highly recommend.

Brian was a great guide and gave us lots of information about Florence and the places we visited. We especially appreciated him telling us about sunset at Piazzale Michelangelo, what an amazing view. He also shared some good restaurant recommendations. Would highly recommend this tour and Brian too.
