Wow we have just woken up from an amazing time at Coco bongo! We got picked up by our coach for a 25 min drive to coco bongo when we arrived there was a bit of a long queue to get in. Fortunately one of the staff members noticed I was pregnant and let us go in and get seated which was really appreciated on my ankles and in the heat! Once we were inside we were also taken to a seperate seating area away from the crowds due to my baby bump which we really appreciated. We were looked after by Ariel all night and he was the loveliest server ever despite only having regular tickets and being sat in the higher paid ticket area he still treated us the same ensured we always had drinks, really looked after me and took extra precautions to get me to the bathroom safely without anyone bumping into me, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left Ariel didn’t stop he was so attentive and lovely a real asset to the team. Thank you so much for making our coco bongo experience as pleasant as possible being 6 months pregnant and thank you for a lovely night the acts were amazing, atmosphere great all over a super evening!

The Event is amazing CoCo Bongo is Amazing. However we still had to wait in line also this tickets is no Valid at this event. Luckily the supervisor saw that we had paid for 2 regular tickets online and let us in. He said Viator needs to provide online tickets and he said there is no ticket collection.

Was incredible experience and I would definitely go again. I would also recommend nothing less than gold member ticket which will get you great view and seats. Anything else you will be downstairs, pushed round (by security due to performers) and miss most of the show that is on the high up stage. (its hard to explain but you will thank me once you are there). If you are buying with TUI, Gold is highest ticket they offer but is mega worth the money. Wear dresses that are tight and avoid loose clothes, especially if you decide to go on the spotlight stage, as there is little 'oops' waiting for you there. If you are feminist, please try and have some fun, and remember some women like to be objectified and they use their feminism to get round ;). Best Waiter of the Month Award - ANGEL, you can carry that name with pride cause you deserve it :) Angel was servicing us all night and my glass was always replaced with new one I don't think I ever had an empty glass throughout the whole night, which was great job done.

The experience was so good, Carlos the server was amazing, any time your drink was almost finished he was there with another. The shows were so good, big props to all the performers, they were amazing and kept you entertained throughout the whole 5 hours! Perfect night, great venue, will definitely come back next time!!!

I enjoyed the Bar Crawl! Please note that it is a walking tour around town to different bars. It was my Birthday 🎂 and the guys really made it special for me! I loved the tucked away bar moat that was away from the busier 5th ave and going to Why Not was fun! They give you a great time and you may not make it back without being flat out drunk! Lol I'm not a drinker so by our 3rd spot I was done for andbit was a foam party! I'm so sorry to the guys for leaving and not saying goodbye I forgot to leave my tip but my bf took me back to our airbnb seeing that I needed some rest! Needless to say DO the crawl! And ENJOY!

Coco Bongo blew us away with the entertainment and attention to detail for customer service satisfaction! Be sure to ask for Carlos Navarrete because he is a supervisor and great contact to have!

I booked to go to Coco bongo yesterday. We were told you would be seated and all-inclusive bar. On arrival we were left stood in the middle of the bottom floor. We were asked if we wanted to sit at a table we said yes then they hit me with a price of £250. I said I wasn't willing to pay that so then he escorted me back to the down stairs to the bottom floor at the very back. You couldn't move couldn't get to the bar. The waiters only served drinks to the seated after been well tipped. Food was offered in a basket burger and fries but we didn't have space to eat. It's a shame as we were so looking forward to cco bongo. If you book please be aware you will be pressured in to paying out more money. We left after 2 hours really disappointed.

I went to Coco Bongo with a friend, we both thought and were told that this was the best nightclub in Mexico. I strongly disagree. It honestly the worst nightclub I've ever attended. Employees try to force you to drink their paid shots. The place was so packed I couldn't even move my arms. It was utter garbage. The layout does not allow any room to do anything but bob your head and look around. The show was entertaining, for what I could see. The main stage is on the 2nd floor on top, so good luck seeing anything if you are on the first floor. All in all, I'd say don't waste your money going to this place. The only interest seems to be selling tables and tickets. Doesn't matter the customer experience. Utter trash, do not go there.

No skip the line , is just marketing, you have to do the regular line as any ticket sales in the venue
