It’s just outstanding isn’t it.
Exactly what you want from a zoo, an amazing collection of animals and amazing information boards throughout.
The reptile collection in particular was incredible! So many very very very deadly species in one hallway, the black mamba in particular was a surprise!
Never seen one in person and in all honesty unless it’s behind glass, I never want to again, that thing moved around its cage constantly at a high rate of speed, must be terrifying in person without the glass.
One of the best zoo’s I have visited.

Weve been previously a few years before and absolutely loved it. Fantastic experience being able to get so up close to animals. Not like UK zoos with netting and far away, its glass so you can be right up next to the animals seeing them so clearly, especially tigers at feeding time a few years ago! 😍🐅
We were slightly more disappointed on our return in July 2023 as the timetables for animal feedings have been put online in an app, but the app would not work and there was no way to get a paper copy so we were constantly going from animal to animal hoping to see feedings and missing every single one of them. It was still an enjoyable day though and we are hoping to bring our Grandson this summer.

Really great family day out.
Zoo was very well laid out so that you didn’t miss any animals. We were there on quite a cloudy day (good for the kids to not be in direct sun all day) so all the animals were quite active. Kids got to see lots of animals up close and stroke the deer and goats. There are quite a few walk through enclosures-the aviary is fantastic.
Water park was a lot of fun and had something for all ages. Sunbeds and lockers were 5 euros each, but there was also a grassy area to sit if you didn’t want to pay for beds.
All rides included in entrance fee and queues weren’t that long so you didn’t wait long for a flume (and we were there end of July in the school holidays).
There were also sea lions and you could pay 9 euros for a photo with them. We had a great family photo in the water for that price and kids managed to stroke the sea lions and pose with them.
Highly recommend this as a day out. Take a picnic and you don’t have to pay anything extra after the entrance fee if you don’t want too.

The most horrible water park I have ever seen!
After you pay the full 118 € for the 2 parks, in the Aqua park you have to pay 5 € for a sunbed to sit, because you have nowhere else to put your towel and besides that, you also have to pay the 10 € tip for the slides, but they have very few, and whoever takes it in the morning, doesn't leave it until the evening. I've seen something like this only in this park and I've traveled to many countries! It's aberrant what's happening and downright horrible!
.And when it comes to food, there are not too many options and not the most diverse dishes.
Not worth the money!
We won't come to this park again never and I do not recommend it to anyone!
The worst organization!

Amazing for the kids
I would recommend this to anyone with a family we stayed at the magic resort next to the zoo free access to the zoo and water park.
At the water park you have full all inclusive been as your staying at the resort.

We had the water park and zoo included in our ultra all inclusive while staying at a magic resort, it was ok for a walk around some of the animals looked a little thin and the enclosures were quite small. The water park is good and plenty of slides but a little I care that your charged for sunbeds once in x

I visited this place with my 4 friends. We all came to see the animals, but damn do I regret coming here. The animals (mostly the tigers, lions, birds and especially the elephants) were clearly suffering. The elephants came towards us and begged for water, they looked soooo dry and quite frankly like they were about to pass out. One of them just stood in a corner wagging his head back and fourth, much like a psychosis. And the birds were pinned onto pillars so they couldnt move AT ALL. I have No idea how this is even legal, and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone else. I love animals but this experience didnt make me feel happy at all, just the opposite. Awful treatment of animals and the zoo owners should be ashamed. Give the elephants some water for the love of god. Just heartbreaking.
I will be looking into the appropriate authorities to get this issue solved, and make sure they have a good look at this place.
