Kid/Child need their birth identification I'd card. ( Kid/Child must be under 17 years old )
Youth/Student need their valid student card and birth identification I'd card. ( Youth/Student must be 18 to 25 years old )
If Kid/Child/Youth/Student aren't able to show their I'd cards then they have to pay 25€ additional charge to change their tickets to a adult ticket.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

The host made the tour and the history come to live. Very enjoyable and interesting. My husband and I would highly recommend.

Even though they give you instructions on how to find the office, we still had to ask and was finally given the building number. Once inside the office, we had to wait quite a while to speak to an employee who was dealing with a customer for ages. There were other staff members, but none of them spoke to us, they just wanted to get on with whatever they were doing.
The title of the booking should not be called ‘skip the queue’ as we waited in line for half an hour with all the other tour companies before we got in. We then had to wait whilst our guide sorted out special tickets for a Japanese family after which we finally got our headsets and could start the tour.
We knew it would be busy but had no idea how busy. There doesn’t appear to be any limit on how many people they let in and during the approach to the Sistine Chapel, it just became impossible to put one foot in front of the other, due to the crowd size. We nearly lost our guide several times and at one point she even said “if you are not happy continuing and wish to leave the tour, do”.
Due to the fact that getting in and trying to get through crowds took so long, this had eaten into the tour time and we felt rushed through with not enough time to appreciate anything.
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, when we could hear her, as the ear pieces kept cutting out.
The best part of the tour was when we finally got to St Peter Basilica and could breathe and have a bit of space, sadly lacking for the rest of the tour.
The tour cost us £157.18 for the two of us and I do not think the tour was worth that price.
Over crowded, rushed, not value for money.

The Sistine chapel was the best part! I would have liked a toilet break so we could have stayed with the last part of our tour.

Booked on a self guided tour once we were taken to main entrance but turned out to be a group tour. Booked a youth ticket and they argued you needed student card not just proof of age. First 30 mins were spent in security queues. Missed out certain areas. Tour guide Anna pleasant.

Extremely knowledgeable tour guide who studied theology for 25 years. The beauty and history of the museum and Sistine was amazing

Hard to find tour meet-up spot but well worth the effort as the crowds were over-whelming. Go with someone who knows their stuff.

We did enjoy the tour very much. Our guide was very calm and did not stress trough anything. She was frome Ukraina. Me and my family would absolutely recommend her. 👌 She knew the history very well and had a good way of conveying that.

Very good. You start of at the tour shop which is just near the entrance. You gather in your guide group and introduced to your guide - we had Sylvie (?) and he was very very knowledgeable. Answered all questions and made sure you got all the photo spots and didn’t miss any good stuff. Tour of Vatican City with the guide and then you do the last bit at the basillica alone. Was a bit skeptic booking this at first because it’s a lot of money, but honestly so glad we did. Learnt so much about the pope, history, culture and religion, we wouldn’t have got that if we did it alone. 10/10

I find this whole skip the line scam disgraceful. A simple ticket to the Vatican museums costs 20 euro. If you try to book it through the Vatican's own website for the day itself, it states that everything is sold out. So you end up buying tickets from companies charging 9 times as much!!!! When we went to the museums there was a line of people waiting to get in by just buying tickets there and then. They were stopped, to let us, privileged "skip-the-line-people", in. It is truly disgraceful, it reminded me very much of the story on how Jesus chased the merchants from the temple. Shame, Shame, Shame. I, for one, will never fall for this again.
