Hassle free tour for first timer in Rio led by amazing Warley. The pace of the tour was perfect, allowing us to enjoy the atmosphere and capture some amazing photos. I appreciated the small group size of different people from around the world, and being a solo traveller, Warley was able to keep everyone engage. Overall, this tour was the highlight of my trip in Rio, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore the tourist attractions

This was a quirky day for people to compare. First of all, it rained buckets. It was so cloudy that there were only occasional sightings of Christo in the clouds -- even on the platform. Second, we were looking forward to the train but for some reason it wasn't running. Now this MIGHT be a deal killer especially with the bad weather also. We had a small group with a comfortable van and a knowledgeable tour guide who was so very personable. He was very clear about identifying the neighborhoods we entered and points of interest. We made some additional stops not mentioned in the description. I don't know if we would have seen them if the train was running. It included the beautifully tiled Escalera and gift shops. We didn't take the lunch and the guide dropped us right at our hotel so we didn't need to find other transportation. This wasn't the tour we signed up for but it was absolutely worth it.

Luiz was such a wonderful guide! He did the tour in English and Spanish for different clients and no information was missed! Small group of 10 people, we never felt rushed and Luiz was attentive throughout the whole experience, so a big thanks to Luiz! Only negative is the restaurant felt a bit like a tourist trap and was super overpriced and food was rushed at you making it not an enjoyable experience.

It’s not fair to book a 5 hour tour with two venues listed and end up doing more venues during a 12 hour tour! I lost another evening tour I had book elsewhere. What I booked was on a certain day and confirmed. The day before at 9pm I receive an email saying that the tour is fully booked and transferred to the day after! I had no choice but to accept. I lost a day! The day after I was collected and after half an hour I realised that the tour was not half a day which I booked but a full day! I had another tour booked in the late evening and so I had to choose which one to loose! Obviously after waiting two days to see Christ redeemer and sweet loaf mountain. I never book full day tours! They are exhausting and other people on the tour complained just the same!

Disaster from start to end . Booked the trip and no one showed up .. then they told us was fully booked so we go next day but on trip advisor it was confirmed that I booked the tour for that particular date. Then when they picked us up ..15 mins late ..no problem... We spent 1.5 hr more to pick other ppl up ... At 10 am the tour started at places we did not book. A city tour. I asked the tour leader if we r on d right tour ... His reply Infront of a whole bus was... with or without u it's gonna be done ! We had done that d day before so we didn't want to do it but obviously we had no choice after we had paid more than 200 euro... At 1.30 pm one of the excursion started ... It's true that we skipped some ques but due to a big group we still had to wait a lot... Instead of a 5/6 hr tour this was a 12 HR tour becoming to an end after 7.30 that we got a taxi back home. Don't have words for this disaster.... All the ppl in d tour (some booked online or at a hotel desk) were told something different and at the end everyone had to do same thing!

Terrible. The tour guide left us at the top of Sugarloaf Mountain. We had to make our way down on our own and I fell and injured myself. There was little concern or attention to this matter. Also, the guide did not stop at all the sites listed in the itinerary. This was one of the worst tours I have ever taken. The guide provided very little information about the sites. Very poorly organized and executed, not to mention we spent 90 minutes in the van picking up other guests before starting the tour. Never again. Stay away!

Horrible experience. Lunch is scheduled for mid/late afternoon rather than noon which makes absolutely no sense. Guests are starving by that time. Even worse, they allow some guests to do off-the-cuff activities, holding up rest of the tour, making everyone else wait for them. For us this cause at least an hour delay to the tour, with us not reaching lunch location until almost 4pm. Horrendous experience, do not book this tour. Horrible operator. Would give 0 stars if possible.
