We had the best guide. I would never do the Vatican without this tour. We did Vatican and the basilica. You must do both on your tour to truly avoid all lines. Very long line to basilica.

The most memorable parts of the tour were the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica.
The tour through the rooms of the Vatican Museum was rushed. There was no time to stop and admire individual exhibits. It was like a competition with rival groups. The tour guide did her best, but she had to leave some rooms out as she was working to an 1800 deadline to enter St. Peter's. The whole experience was expensive and not value for money. That's a great shame in one of the world's best museums.

The Vatican is always very interesting to visit! The tour guide was cheesy and the museums very busy! We didn't get to visit the Raphael rooms as listed, however the tour operator has promised 2 tickets for the museum for free when we next visit Rome.

Very bad experience. We contacted viator support as we were stuck as metro lines were down. Based on that conversation viator support let us know that the local tour guide would wait for 20 minutes. We reached there within that time frame by literally running through the streets and the guide left 3 minutes before we got there. We asked if there was a way to contact the guide but we were not provided with guides number either. It’s like we were walking through Vatican not knowing anything. Terrible experience wouldn’t recommend anyone they don’t account for such extreme circumstances. Also, just for reference I was not even provided a refund for this!!
