Our train from Dallas was over 3 hours late and we were not able to make our scheduled time. We were told that our ticket was non refundable and we could not reschedule. Andreas tried to help but we aborted the tour.

Looking at all the buildings and the amazing views in Chicago. Seeing just how beautiful everything is in Chicago from the lake all the way to wonderful architecture through out the windy city. 🏙️ Had a great time learning the history with my boyfriend. Will be returning with my family.

As a disabled veteran with a service dog. I was appalled to be asked what my disability is. They broke the ADA law. Very humiliating to be asked this in front of others.

It’s a great building to see Chicago from the top. Everything is organized. The lobby level is full of information/displays about Chicago. The view from the deck is gorgeous and the ledge is exciting.

The views were really spectacular, and it it wasn't too crowded. The price seems comparable to other similar skyscrapers. I think it's probably worth it to go to the top of at least one building like this at some point, and additionally if you have some particular familiarity and interest in a city that has one. I don't know that you need to go to the top of every one.
You can see way out onto Lake Michigan, as well as several landmarks in the city and the highways.
Stepping onto the ledge is a little bit of a rush, but it's ultimately not that different from looking out the window. I couldn't imagine anyone actually paying (I think it was $40?) for a photo package from the ledge. The people downstairs didn't even seem to seriously expect anyone to get them.

Conquering my fear of heights to walk out on the ledge. The views were absolutely amazing! I’ve never been in a building that high. The walk up to the Elevator was entertaining as well.

I was in two minds about this attraction but I was massively surprised, really really informative and interesting series of visual and interactive displays before getting the elevator up, when up there, amazing views and super photo opportunities

The views were fantastic! We lucked out and were there on a clear day. You can see 4 states and the lake view is awesome! I chickened out and couldn't bring myself to step out onto "The Ledge". Massive fear of heights! But, my daughter and husband did and we have some great photos. April was a great time to go, no lines, no waiting. It will always be the Sears Tower to me! Highly recommend.
