Depart Tromsø city centre and travel to Kvaløya. Here you will see beautiful fjords, valleys & islands. Stop to take photos, see sights and for a home made lunch.

Please be prepared for limited toilet facilities, there will be a gas station stop during the drive, however the tour itself is in the wild Arctic nature where the only toilet possibilities are in the forest (there are no pre-built facilities)
Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if less than 4 passengers per tours. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.

was quiet happy with overall trip and places covered in short time of 4 hours.. if the time is too short, worth opting the trip , seatting happily at back seat and enjoying the beautiful landscape

Anthony was a really good guide like a friend who wants you discovering Norway. Super tasty the hot chocolate and the sandwich.

Anthony was a very fun and kind tour guide! He brought us to lots of great spots around the island of Kvaloya. Then at the end we had some sandwiches and warm drinks, all of which were vegan friendly! He got lots of great photos of the scenery and us and shared them with by the next day.

Everything about the trip was great😇😇😇.
Firstly our guide: Antony. He was all smiles. Brings not only good energy and interesting facts, but also homemade sandwiches and biscuits. And the hot chocolate was on point. So special thanks to you, Antony!(from the company of Helena)
Secondly, the tour we made - out of this world. Everything was so scenic, so pristine.
We saw deers🦌. When they say once in a lifetime, that's it.
And lastly, the photos - superb👌

Our friendly and helpful guide took us round the large island to the West of Tromso. Such a beautiful area. Lovely to photograph - weather conditions permitting. Given great food. Recommended.

Great trip. The host was very knowledgable and took us to some great spots. There was no pressure to move on quickly and he took some amazing pics. We were lucky enough to see some moose, reindeer, eagles and seals. We all really enjoyed the day and would definitely recommend the trip and the company.

Had a really enjoyable day.Evgeni was a great host and very knowledgeable; he made sure that we got to see as much as possible. - even when he had to change the route due to a blocked road. The scenery and views were amazing and we’re lucky to see a sea eagle and reindeer.

Lukas was a brilliant guide who worked very hard to find us the best spots to see the fjords and local scenery. We were even lucky enough to spot some reindeer on the way back home.

We took the tour in early Feb 2024 and Evgeni was fantastic for us. The tour at the time got 6 people and we would drive to see very nice Tromsø landscapes. I'd say that if you're only in this beautiful city for just a few days, get Wandering Owls help to ensure you get to see the best Tromsø had to offer. Sure there are less expensive tours but these guys provide good food along the way, be flexible about where they could take you keeping in mind the weather on the day. They are also very knowledgeable and considerate about the science and environment. If you are a little bit of a scientist yourself too, then it's even more of a no brainer.
If you're in Tromsø, don't even hesitate and just go with Wandering Owls.
