An amazing day. Our guide, Kate, was great. Not only did she communicate well with us, she provided one of the best tour commentaries we have ever had, and she was polite and courteous. Made all of us feel like part of the family.

Katie, the tour guide, arrived on adjusted time. She gave us a nice circle tour of Big Island. We spent most of the time at National Volcanic Forest. She narrated many important facts about people and culture of Hawaii.
She arranged lunch and dinner. What amazed me is her punctuality. You will not be disappointed. Viator purchase experience was flawless. Only feedback is for Viator to send text message updates for the tour if the tourist opts in.

We had a great time on this tour. Our Guide Katie was very knowledgeable. We went to the coffee farm tour. I loved see Hawaiian Sea Turtles on the black sand beach. Volcano National Park was a blast seeing lava tube. Katie added personal touches with a ukulele performance at dinner. Loved the donut at the southern most bakery Would highly recommend

We enjoyed the entire trip. Katie was knowledgeable, kind, funny and sweet. This was the best excursion of our trip. There were only four of us touring with our guide. Good food and good company!

We had such a phenomenal day with Katie as our tour guide. She has such a wide knowledge of the island, flora, fauna and the local legends of the island and surrounding areas. She took us to some phenomenal locations and got to see the turtles, and even a nene goose or two! We had a great time in the Hawaii volcanoes national park! Would recommend to anyone in a heart beat!
